This is my green cheeked conure's favorite and his nails are growing so fast i have to take him to the vet every 3 months for a check up and they charge us for an easy check up that's 40$, and we have to trim his nails as well. My insurance only covers full exam up to 180$ once a year, even though I am covered by nation wide avian insurance. The fee usually comes back to me for one exam at 77 dollars. It took him less than an hour to check me out and cut my nails, but he didn't reimburse me. I am going to the same vet 6 years in a row. This is still in good shape and can be used without any problems. I now have cockatiels and parakeets that enjoy them too. We took off the very sharp tip off with it, so good choice for us. It blights orange, but my bird does not. There was nothing too bad about yellow. A random color was chosen for me. After my bird got used to it, it took a couple weeks for her to adjust. Embryonic stem cells were found in one of the nail tips. Since the nail tips are smooth and not sharp, I feel safe and ordered two more. You'll save money by not having to pay for the extra nail cutting at the vet. That's great news for me. It's great to hear that my birds don't have to go to the vet a lot.

The only way to describe how happy I am about this product is that I never even knew they were available. Having my parakeets stand on their feet all day is beneficial to them so they can stretch their feet instead of staying on perches all day long. The vast majority of the time, I find them on here, and they took to it quickly! It's great! I'll be buying more of this!
