In the end, fitting the mounting holes was not an exact fit since the tabs were about a thousandth of an inch off. Since my snowblower is not show quality, it has never been entered in any competitions, so I am not concerned. As far as I know, they work and my snowblower is running fine, so I'm happy.
Interestingly, the package arrived 2 days earlier than anticipated. I needed two in order to replace a broken primer bulb, but the package contained two. The only thing I had to do was do an online search to figure out how to get the old one off and put the new one in, once that was done I was able to put it in without much difficulty. This purchase was a good one for me. There should be a simple guide explaining how to take off the old primer bulb and replace it with the new one, which would be helpful to nave people like myself. The fact is that almost anything can be learned online these days, so this isn't a big deal.
Replacement was easy as the old one simply popped off of the cover and the hose was easily twisted off. I slipped the new one on with no problems. It looks fine for now, and I hope that the rubber will remain flexible for several years to come. The price was good for what I got.

It's handy to have a spare, since it works so well and fits right into a boatload of mowers and snow blowers (either snap the whole assembly in or remove the old and press in the flexible bulb), so have a spare on hand this time of year.

As soon as they become cold, they crack easily. I put the snowblower on which these wheels are attached to have a drawback.
In order to replace the one on my old Sears snowblower model 247, I had to buy a replacement. There was a problem with 88955, but this fixed it. A new one pops in and the old one pops out.
