Thank you for your question. Our snow rake is easy to use and can reach up to 24 feet with 5 extension poles. It is only 9 pounds. There is a long length and a light weight to it. All sizes of people will be able to wear it. We also include two different types of roof snow rakes in our packages, which can be used in a variety of locations. You can use these materials for roofs, tents, greenhouses, and much more. The blade cutting head also comes with a 3 inch wheel, which can protect your roof from damage.
Our roof is covered in solar panels as well. As the person who assembled the rake, I would not recommend using on your panels based on what I observed. The wheels and tires were made from hard plastic and had too many sharp edges. A roof like this was installed on our house. In order to clear panels from the solar panels, we use a broom head on a pole with an extendable handle.

Our blade head comes with a 1-year warranty, so we are able to provide it If you could please provide your shipping address to us via email, that would be most appreciated? Please let us know as soon as possible so we can get you the blade head. It's my hope this will be helpful!

Overall, I give it a 5 out of 10. As the poles are very tightly fitted together (a good thing), putting them together isn't as effortless as it sounds. It is easy to put together the cutter and rake. Having a larger cutter wheel is a great plus since a metal bar on the cutter won't damage or scrape your roof while going over it. While the chute works well when it's not windy, it's not great when it's blowing. It can be quite tricky to handle if you are on a deck or don't have easy access to the roof, but it is useful when I need to reach the apex I would rather use the cutter and get an entire column of snow than use the rake and have to try 8 times to get one.
Another neighbor of mine also tried it, and he liked it so much that he is ready to order one. The item is sturdy and easy to use, but similar to everything else, you should take care when using it. It is best to use it right after the snow falls, so that you will not have to deal with it as long. It is not necessary to wait for it to freeze and harden. This rake is highly recommended to anyone concerned about ice damp in the house. Your roof will be greatly benefited from it in terms of removing snow, and preventing ice dams.
Today, I had a chance to try the slide after I got this last night This is so awesome! We were able to easily remove the old snow from the garage roof with this, and it was kind of I dislike snow (this is coming from someone who despises it so much. 1) I would highly recommend it.
As a side When I contacted their support with an assembly question, they called me back within two hours. Even though I had figured it out by then, I was pleased with how quickly they responded.
The blades that can be used for cutting are two. When deep snow is on the roof, using one cutting blade can help you remove it more quickly. One other cutting blade is used to remove any snow remaining from the roof after cutting. When one of the wheels on the "deep" attachment fell off, the supplier sent me a replacement of the wheel and the entire assembly that held it.
They have stated everything they have said. I used it to clear our entire roof, and it worked perfectly.
I haven't been able to make use of It was too hard. Some of the pieces were stubbornly unwilling to fit, but they eventually did. I haven't used it yet, but it works fine with it.
Since it was purchased, there has been no snow. There isn't much I can rate it on.
