Could you please double-check the measurements on the photo? The screw holes must be spaced no more than 6" apart, and the long hole must be no more than 6" in length. ?

Do you have to drill holes in the plow/snowblower to attach these, or do they just clamp on?

These were already on my plow when I got it, so I ordered more to replace the ones I had. If your plow doesn't come with predrilled holes, you'll have to drill them yourself.

For my application, this is perfect! I bought these to put on my JetSki trailer so I could see it when backing down to the ramp without the Ski on board; I didn't have anything to go by except my rearview mirrors, and these help me keep the trailer straight! There were a lot of other, much more expensive options, but this one works great and is very cost effective!

Wire that isn't of good quality will not be able to stand up straight

Very dissatisfied. On my boss's plow, I'm very weak and can't stand up straight. The only problem with my old ones was that they were sun faded. The elderly will still be able to stand up straight, but not in a particularly attractive manner.
