Both are in my possession- They are one and the same. I haven't noticed a single difference.
The brush is a little difficult to use, but it hasn't caused me any problems so far.
I ordered two of these and received exactly what was shown, so I'm confident you'll get exactly what you see. However, rather than being white, I would describe it as a light grey.

I used this on my new white car's roof to remove ice and snow- It also left black marks on my car that appear to have been made with a sharpie. Ugh. I wasn't doing anything crazy with it.
It's a fight for survival. If you think about it, there's a war going on right now. Your routine is your routine, and you must get out the door, get the child to school, and get in the car. But then they attack in the middle of the night. Ice. Caking the windows of your car. Windshield, windows, and, for the love of God, the REAR WINDHSIELD as well! br>But, alas, my mighty sword, my Amazon Basics Car Snow Brush and Ice Scraper, appears in my hand, and we fight the elements! We don't need to wait because the car is turned on and the defroster is turned on. No, the mighty blade slashes both windshields' hideous coverings. Unfortunately, there are those who wish to obstruct visibility out the window, but they are unconcerned - I can scrape them away as if they were soft, fluffy snow with this tool! When you use this powerful weapon to fight the forces of winter, you will never be disappointed, defeated, or late! br>br>I'm talking about you, dude. An ice scraper is what it is. However, it works extremely well.
This is a low-cost option that delivers excellent results. Durable, efficient, and pleasurable to use. I would strongly suggest it.
The product is of good quality and performs as expected. br>br>I was on the fence about getting the Amazon Basic version of this. Because it was so inexpensive, I assumed it was poorly constructed and would either fall apart or be so obviously bad that I would refuse to use it. It's a good thing I didn't listen to my own advice. This product is fantastic in terms of appearance, feel, and functionality. Doesn't scratch my window; the brush is firm enough to withstand ice and snow while remaining scratch-free.
It's a simple ice scraper, but the foam padding is far superior to that of the Hopkins 532 Mallory 26 version of this nearly identical tool.
Of course, scraping snow and ice off your windshield while driving with the defroster on full blast isn't the best way to start an already chilly morning. br>br>Because I don't have any other ice scrapers to compare it to, we'll give it a fresh start. 1) The handle is long enough for me to easily remove the majority of the ice/snow from my Kia Soul's roof. I'm tall, so that helps, but even my borderline gnome mother could do it. 2) The bristles should be stiffer, in my opinion. That's a half-star con because it feels like the bristles on a broom, and it takes several swipes to get all of the snow off when there's a lot of it. br>br>3) The foam handle was convenient because I had forgotten to buy gloves, but it slides up and down the scraper, and I'd prefer it to be a little more secure. br>br>4) The scraper does exactly that: it scrapes. I was able to remove all of the ice from my windshield without scratching it, and I even chipped away at the icicles that had formed over my headlights. br>br>In general - Four out of five stars.
I'm a petite woman who recently relocated to a snowy area. When I first bought a snow brush/scraper, I was concerned about its overall durability, reach, and effectiveness. So far, every Amazon purchase I've made has proven to be a success, and this brush is no exception. I was able to easily clear all of the snow from my windows and roof the first time it snowed. The brush/scrapper felt solid, had a long enough reach to clear my roof, and didn't scratch my car. Overall, a fantastic product!.
