Questions & Answers

What exactly are the pool's dimensions?

They're 48" x 48" x 12" in size. In general, it's a 4 foot square with a depth of 1 foot.

Is it possible to get new liners? How much?

To begin with, this pool is reasonably priced. When it's time to replace it, I'll simply buy another one. They're fairly durable. I have two of these pools, which I use to keep my tortoises in.

Is it safe for a labrador retriever to eat it?

He or she will not face any difficulties.

Is it possible to use this as a weeping box without the use of water?

That's exactly what I intended to do with it. I simply lined it with puppy pads and it worked perfectly. Until they were about 5 weeks old, my aussie puppies couldn't get out.

For our ducks, this is the ideal swimming pool
5/5

Review of the images. Updated! Because of its height of one foot and its size of four feet square, this makes an excellent pool for our two ducks. My husband plumbed it so that we can easily empty and refill it with a hose on a daily basis. This pool has withstood a lot from us as we built our duck coop around it, stepping inside it, scrubbing it, and so on. It appears to be pretty durable, but we did go ahead and buy a spare because our entire coop design depends on it. It is a big hit with the ducks. Except for the small drain plug in the corner, it was simple to assemble and of good quality. So far, we'd like to give it a big thumbs up! br>br>Recent changes: br>br> br>July 2, 2017br>This pool is still in excellent condition and is simple to clean (with vinegar). We ended up having to replace the drain plug with a more efficient drainage system. When we removed the old one, it didn't tear, and it was able to withstand all of the twisting of the new plug to get it set up. The ducks enjoy having access to their pool at all hours of the day and night. We empty it every day, and despite the fact that two happy ducks are constantly playing in it, this pool continues to function well. (I rap on the table. ).

It was simple to put up and it looked fantastic
3/5

This small pool was purchased for our 11-inch female slider turtle as a large water habitat. We were unable to immediately put it up. We were able to set it up about two months after purchasing it. It was simple to put up and it looked fantastic. It only had to be filled to a height of 6 inches. We had no trouble setting up her habitat, filter, and aquarium heater. We went to see how it was doing after letting it sit overnight to gradually warm up to 74°. Our carpet was soaked by a 4ft circle around one leg post, so we emptied the pool over the next three days while slowly draining it and looking for the leak. We kept the manufacturer's box as well as the shipping box, and contacted Amazon. The sellers were suggested to us. Our exchange period had ended, and we received an email notifying us of this. We informed them that no leak source could be found, leading us to believe it was a seam issue (i. e. , a manufacturing defect). The second response was the same as the first, with no help offered. This seller has left us very disappointed. We've been Amazon customers for a long time, and this is the first time we've had trouble with a return.

For toddlers, this is a fantastic pool
5/5

This is a hit with my two-year-old and his baby pals! Before settling on this one, we tried a few other blow up pools, all of which had holes. This plastic is nice and thick. It doesn't appear to be prone to tearing. Its cushioned arms around the edges went unnoticed by me, which was a plus. We placed it on pinestraw because I didn't want to put it on the lawn and kill our grass. I was concerned that sitting or standing on it would be uncomfortable, but it is not. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> For the fall, I'm going to use it as a ball pit indoors. So far, everything has gone well.

Turtle pool. We needed a way to keep our red-eared slider turtle warm during the winter, so we purchased this frame pool and set it up in the cellar with her heat lights and filters. It's certainly large enough to keep her safe and comfortable, as some of our Pennsylvania winters can last for months. However, we first built a platform out of plywood and boards to create a level surface, then covered it with indoor outdoor carpet. Jessica the turtle's nails are long and pointy, but she hasn't managed to puncture the vinyl so far. I'm hoping that this pool will last through the winter, but even if it doesn't, we've gotten our money's worth.

The frame is rusting
3/5

This was used outside in the Texas summer heat and humidity for a few months. It was a big hit with my 1-year-old. When I disassembled it to move it, I discovered that it was rusted. I'm not sure why a pool was made of metal. It would have been better if it had been made out of plastic piping. The metal piping has foam wrapped around it that became unglued when I took it apart, which isn't a big deal, but it shows that the construction wasn't well thought out for a product that would be exposed to heat, water, and sun for extended periods of time. Another issue was the legs. The pool's friction and weight keep them in place. One of the pool's legs would fall off if I moved it by picking it up. Finally, to keep everything together, there are plastic spring pegs that go into the holes in the metal piping. The pegs are easily lost when pressed into the piping. br>Overall, it worked well as a pool, and the liner is an A.

Pool for Dogs - Worth it! I bought this small pool for my two Australian Shepherds to use to cool off on those scorching Colorado days
5/5

br>br>So far, we've all been very pleased with it. Inflatables were not an option because I wanted something easy to store in the winter that didn't take up a lot of space and could withstand their nails. This was the ideal and cost-effective alternative, and I was able to sit comfortably in it. I also intend to use it to bathe the dogs, as wrestling them into our small tub/shower is never enjoyable. br>br>It's 4x4 in diameter and about 12 in deep, so smaller dogs may have difficulty getting in and out; ours haven't mastered it without assistance, but it gets the job done. The drain plug/release is located on one of the bottom corners, making it simple and quick to set up. We'll use the existing water to water the garden by filling a watering can with it and replenish the pool as needed without chemicals because it's for the dogs, but it might be worth covering it when it's not in use to prevent it from becoming an insect attracting sesspool. br>br>A little more expensive than the cheapy plastic ones you might find at Walmart, but it's not tacky and definitely worth it given how easily we can store it. br>br>Congratulations! br>br>.

Excellent Quality! I'm looking forward to using it for a long time
5/5

We used this pool for our dogs throughout the summer, and we even went in on hot days. To prevent our dogs' nails from puncturing the pool lining, we reinforced it. We lined the pool with a large tarp that we purchased. We had to set it up on a patio because our yard isn't level. However, the instructions state that this should not be done and that it should be placed on a soft, grassy surface. As a result, we covered it with two yoga mats. The mats are extremely slippery when wet (the area that extends beyond the pool) and worked perfectly. We'll cut the mats down to match the pool size next year. It was simple to open and close the drain. So it was very simple to fill and drain. I'm hoping we'll be able to enjoy this one for a long time. We've never made a better dog pool purchase. Many pools are designed for small dogs, which I have four of. This is a fantastic size.
