In a regular above ground pool, dogs will tear the liner, so I wouldn't trust an easy set pool to withstand more than a $5000 pool, believe me, I've seen it happen.
Hello, We had two adults and four children ranging in age from two to ten years old. 10 years old and a standard poodle in the pool at the same time, with plenty of space to move around and play, or simply sit and relax. I hope this has been of assistance.
For $50, I purchased a pool. I've been through three. Only one of the liner's seams broke. The metal poles rust quickly and need to be replaced. The insides of the poles should be painted, in my opinion. They're made entirely of metal. The first of three pumps is still in use. The remaining two are still in their original packaging. I purchased the salt system, and it works perfectly. Season 2 is currently in progress. It's just a matter of cleaning the plates now and then, as the salt hastened the rust. I wish the poles were made of thicker metal and Cad-plated.

PUMP WITH A FILTER This pool has been in my possession for a month, and both my children and I enjoy it. There are a few things you should be aware of. To keep the poles from sinking into your grass, use any kind of blocking, such as a 1x2 or even a 2x4 cut down to about 5 inches. My filter pump, on the other hand, has stopped pumping water. I primed it a couple of times. I removed one hose from the outlet side and tested it, making sure the hoses were clear of air. I took out all of the hoses and began again. The pump has been primed. The top was taken off. Removed the hoses and primed the engine. You see what I mean. Although the pump was running, no water was being returned to the pool. Finally, without the filter in the pump, I was able to get it to work. So I figured out that the A size filter was malfunctioning. I went to Wallyworld and purchased the A/C size, which I then installed. This time, I noticed that the pump cover on the filter needed to be pushed down slightly. When tightening the lid, it provided some resistance. The pump started working as soon as I turned it on. I didn't turn it off for the entire night. It was leaking water first thing in the morning. So, if this happens to you, try that trick. Due to my frustrations, I gave it a four-star rating and even called Intex for a replacement second pump because I thought the first one was broken. Whew, there's no fee for that.
Last year, I paid $120 for this pool, expecting it to come with a throwaway liner or be extremely inexpensive. I'm blown away by how well it's held up and how simple it is to put up and take down. br>br>This took me 45 minutes to set up on my own. I covered it with a heavy-duty tarp. For the first season of use, I bought a basic pool chemical kit and kept the water clear with minimal maintenance and weekly filter changes. For the winter, I kept it in a shed. br>br>Setting up the second time took about 20 minutes. The liner still looks brand new, and it was filled with water and ready for a second season after a quick clean with a cloth. br>br>A few of the metal frame bars are developing small rust spots, which I will most likely treat with Rustoleom. Intex also sells replacement parts for a low price on their website, so if the liner needs to be replaced, it will most likely be done that way.

The best $99 I've ever spent was on this pool. I purchased a 12 ft wide by 30 ft tall piece. For peace of mind when I have small children, I prefer this pool to a real pool. It's a fantastic pool that's simple to put together. My mother gave this to my 4-year-old daughter as a present. br>Getting the ground ready was the most difficult but crucial part. It's critical to have a level, flat surface. A root that grew through the tarp and into the liner caused a small tear in the bottom pool liner. I sealed the leak with one of the pool's patches, and it's still holding strong after 7 months. The filter pump isn't very powerful. I believe the law requires it to be dual hose, but the pump isn't powerful enough to filter out 1700 gallons on the dual hose, so I only use one and plug up the other outlet. The suction is still poor, but it's an improvement over using two hoses. The pump is too weak to work with the Intex skimmer basket we ordered because the suction is so bad. It was a complete waste of money. In general, it's a decent pool for $100. Once a week, I add one or two 3 inch hockey puck 4 in 1 chlorine tabs to a floater, along with 1/4 bottle of chlorine, change the size C filter every two weeks, and skim the pool surface five times a week, and we have a consistently clean pool. I also purchased a solar cover for $18 on Amazon, which I kept on the pool all the time until my husband accidentally tore it apart. It helped keep bugs, leaves, and debris out of the pool, raised the temperature by about 10 degrees (which we don't need in Florida), and prevented the pool water from evaporating as quickly. It's essentially bubble wrap, but I prefer it because it's simple to put on and take off by myself, covers the entire pool, and reduces cleaning time by half. br>This pool is a favorite of my four-year-old son.
