It has been two months since I purchased my pool. It comes with a very limited set of No response from the company when I tried notifying them that a part was missing. My pool pump blew so badly today that half of the water was out of the pool by the time I got home. I can't find anyone who can help me with the problem because it has been a problem from the beginning. This pool should be left The only thing that can relieve the pain is A previous pool I had was above ground and I loved it. An overall score of zero is what I would give this.
I would not buy this product The quality is very poor. I don't think 3600 is worth it. Would have been better to send back the box if I had saved it.
Set up has just been completed, and water is being poured into it. In a month, I will let you know how the process has gone. I didn't expect it to be so big, but the pool is awesome! The water will be filtered by our large sand filter, and since we live in Keizer, we will use hot tub supplies.
The pool is my favorite part. I think there is a lot to be desired in the directions! don't tell you about the ground preparation for the measurements or levelness of the pool. Five or six YouTube videos later, I am confident that I set it up correctly the first time around. If you had provided me with a DVD that shows how to start to finish ground preparation to pool installation and fill the pool with water, I would have given you five stars.
Despite how much fun we have had in the pool, we had no idea how much money we would spend on it. This pump is not strong enough to handle the pressure of all the water it can handle. This was our first big upgrade, and then rust began to form. In less than a month, all the poles had started to rust and the ladder had completely fallen apart. We are working on the next update! It's hard to say, but the rust has been the biggest disappointment since it looks terrible and completely occurred within a short time period. By next year, what will the world look like? Would it make any sense to make it out of materials that are meant to withstand.
This product is less than one It's the second time we've bought it in the last year the poles are all rusted, so I'm not sure there will even be enough water to swim in This product is a waste of money. For the price I didn't even get a full year out of the product. I cannot recommend it to.
All we need to do now is build a deck for it so that a few more people can get in since they are scared of the ladder that came with the pool plus we need one for heavy loads! The pool is a big hit with us!.
About 2 hours were needed for two people to put together the table. I have so far had no problems.
