It was just yesterday that I began using it. I would recommend you use a sweat catcher. As you can see, the plastic bag it came in isn't full. Although it is within a blanket, one side has to be open in order to do that, so I put the left side as the area that needs to be open. There is more of a liner feel to it. It would hold any sweat without leaking out if I could find an actual bag. You hold the heat in it because it sticks to you. In the end, it took me a while to get the plastic inside the bag and get comfortable with the bag itself.
This bag is zippable all the way around and can be taken apart just as easily.
Each person will be different in terms of what they are able to deal with. Some people won't be able to tolerate a high temperature at all, so I use it at the highest setting. It will take you some time to experiment with different settings until you find the one you like best.

I am so happy with it, I posted a ridiculous picture on Amazon , wrapped in infrared that may draw ridicule. I can go on and on! I'm jesting, but the product has not disappointed at all. It was shipped from a reliable vendor. I was surprised by how fast and efficient Hong Kong was In the last few weeks, I have used the infrared blanket six times. Maybe I expected to be disappointed, but it has really impressed me By going to the spa, I won't violate the rule of " no consecutive days ". As part of my Lyme disease treatment, I use infrared saunas in order to sweat out contaminants. I love how easy it is to use this blanket in the sauna. From inside the bag, zippers can be used, the bag has an automatic shut-off timer, the top part and bottom parts can be individually controlled, and it has a timer for setting the temperatures. In this case, the temperature is displayed in celsius, so I had to look up how to do that since I haven't used it I clean the inside of the sauna blanket with a Clorox Disinfecting Cleaning Wipe and dry it with a towel when I am done. The product I'm using is perfect for me.
Since I am new to sauna use, I didn't want to commit a large amount of money into something that I might not even use in the long run, so when I saw the sauna blankets, I immediately took advantage of them.
