I'm 5'5" and 165 pounds, and I'm a good fit. From the knees to the door, there's plenty of space. There are a lot of seats available. It's a fantastic machine, so enlist the help of a friend when putting it together.

Is there a way to control the temperature? If that's the case, what's the lowest and highest temperature it can go to?

The first thing I liked was talking to the owner who was very helpful/told me not to buy it if I wasn't sure/I thought about it for several days and read the article/so I decided to go for it//I ordered it and it was here in several days it was packed securely and delivered to my garage/so we started our new toy/it was a snap to put together less than hour I have it in my pool house so easy to use just plug in/set your temp/time/.

The item was exactly as described, and the price was reasonable

The product went together quickly and easily according to the instructions, taking less than three hours in total. I took my time and answered calls, among other things, during the installation. The instructions are vague about what should be "screwed" together and which screws should be used. Only the first and second walls (15 seconds) required two people; everything else (single male) I was able to accomplish on my own. The unit is simple to put together. This isn't the kind of thing you'd wear to stretch or do yoga in, but it gets hot fast and gets the job done. It's cool to have Bluetooth and colored lights. I'd suggest it.

My sauna is something I really enjoy

It only takes an hour for the sauna to heat up. It's something I use on a regular basis. I like the detoxifying effects, but I haven't noticed much relief from my arthritis pain yet.
