The pros are There is a timer that lets you know how long you have been roasting for. I'm pleased to know I can spend as much time in it as I like, unlike saunas in town which don't heat up enough, and you're confined to This infrared foot pad is very nice. A super hot object that heats up fast. It can be used for many other purposes as well! The chair is comfortable in a camping style. Honestly, I was surprised at what a comfortable ride It folds up quite thin and is compact. rarely fold it because I am always using it, but if I were to fold it, I would know it can be tucked neatly away if necessary. sweat quite a bit. This is all coming from someone who does not sweat much. The sauna is listed as one of the lowest EMFs for an inexpensive portable sauna that I have seen on the internet. The fact that this is true eases my mind a bit, although I am not 100% certain. It's really the only choice I have since I don't have money to get a more expensive one. Besides, I need to lower my inflammation and get rid of my toxins. That's why I'm happy with what I got. It is convenient to have armholes for an armrest and a pocket for a remote control for a temp/timer. While I am not afraid of claustrophobic spaces, I do not believe most people would have any issues with it. You can easily get in and out of the jacket by pulling the inside zipper, and you can adjust the Velcro band around the neck to what feels most To retain heat, you may want it to be loose or tight. The cons are When I first got it, it only took 11 minutes to get it to 140°, but now it takes up to 25 minutes to get there. After using the plastic for a dozen times, the smell is still there. There is also a slight burning odor that emanates from it. Some people may not be able to use it due to their size. Although I am average height, I can see how it may feel a little snug for those who are bigger. Furthermore, I don't bother putting bars on the sides to stretch it out fully because I find it holds up just fine Even when I have tried it, it still seems rather tight for someone weighing 200+ lbs.

You will sweat while using it! Especially the foot warmer is very hot once it reaches 140 degrees. The sauna gets to this temperature in approximately 10 to 15 minutes. I really enjoyed how easy it was to set up. It is used by both my girlfriend and me every single day. The only issue I have is that I can fit perfectly since I'm 70 inches I don't have much leg room, but it works for me.

I would highly recommend it. In this case, I received it earlier than I With a height of 5'9" and weight of 175 pounds I'm the perfect fit. It took 35 minutes for me to get soaked from head to toe. This is something I cannot wait to use several times a week to see what it can do for me. Setting up has never been easier. I was able to set it up in a matter of minutes. In the meantime, follow up by I have used this several times over the course of several days, and it has helped my sore muscles significantly. My favorite part about this place is how relaxing it is and how helpful the customer service has been.

In order to recover from workouts and to relax afterward, I purchased this product. You can sit comfortably in it as soon as it heats up. The chair looked too small for me and I thought it wouldn't be comfortable since I'm 6'1 and 260 pounds. However, it was fine for me.

I found opening the box when it arrived to be the most difficult. It is easy to follow the directions for use. The directions say to heat it for 5 minutes before using, I recommend preheating for at least 15 minutes to get the full effect. I do 30 minute sessions 3X a week and they are amazing. Despite the fact that the head is outside of the unit, I am dripping sweat from head to toe once I am done. Besides having plenty of leg room, the chair that comes with it is very Featuring easy cleaning and quality material, this item will last for years to come. One major benefit that I have observed from using the sauna is that I have been able to have Despite not being listed in the brochure, this is a benefit. Upon the third day, I noticed a better bowel function and I've been sleeping better as well. am loving it so far and cannot wait to see what other benefits I will receive from it. The book is well worth the money!.

It has been a godsend to have this sauna. The application does everything it says it does, and is highly mobile. I use it every other day since it became available in March, and when I have time I use it every day. There is only one thing I don't like the leg room. Being 5ft 7 and not very tall, I feel cramped at times. In this case, the need for leg room would be eliminated if I bought a bigger chair to sit inside of it.

Our old idiom used to be ) It was a pleasant surprise when I received the sauna earlier than The assembly went smoothly without any instructions. It was a pleasant surprise. I didn't have to think twice about it. My only complaint is that it didn't work. I have used it everyday, and am therefore very happy with it. The only issue is being able to adjust the temperature on the feed mat (I did check the instructions on how to do that), but other than that, I have nothing negative to report. My hope is that it will last for some time. Taking care of the wood fixture will be my next step.
