A sauna like this is a dream come true for me The fact that it took me a little while to set it up and the poles kept coming undone, however, is my only major complaint with it. Other than that, and the fact that my skin appears clear and soft, I think the seat is helping me recover after my workouts.

It is not a happy day for me! This is not a product I would buy I was able to easily assemble and operate it
