Good solid wood, no splinters. I got a pair of these, a great deal and they're solid. Solid and heavy, they feel great in your hands. Although I would like them to come in cedar so they match my sauna, they are otherwise You may want to wrap a towel around them for extra comfort. You can see that the curve is great, even though they are hardwood. In addition, there isn't a lot of tinkering around These are the ones I use in my sunlighten sauna.
Although it is mentioned that they do not stay in place in the review, they remain in place fully and do not move As long as I keep them in place the entire time I use them, I can adjust them for the most comfort. The toxicity of the glue caused my husband to start experiencing tingling in his scalp unless we put them outside on our deck, since I paid a lot of money for a low-toxicity sauna to add this. Honestly, it would have been better to wait and spend the extra money to get another cedar sauna If you use it regularly and give it plenty of time for airing outside, it will become better.

IR saunas have carbon fiber heated backrests and they are needed. Their smooth, ergonomic shapes make them comfortable to hold.
The shoes are comfortable, but tend to slip back a bit. Both of them I used at the same time and both worked well. It is going to be hard to stop the movement without something stopping it, maybe rubber feet. The price was very reasonable and the quality was good.
Although these were nice, I had to return them due to their awful customer service (Connect Buy is a bad company to deal with). They were just too big for the 1-inch holes. The 2 person Sauna is actually only 1 person (the Sauna we purchased is only a 1 person Sauna). ** I recommend not buying until the sauna is up and running, then you can go ahead and decide if it will be a good addition to your new sauna when you are sitting in it.
It is for my sauna that I purchased these. They are enjoyable to me. The panels keep my body away from the FIR panels nicely and they have a nice curve in them. It was difficult to sit between the FIR panels if I had to lean forward before.
