There were no reviews when I purchased the sauna, so I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts now that I've had it for a few weeks. 1. br>br> 100% electric radiant heat system: In no small part, I chose this sauna over the others because it is completely plug-and-play. There isn't any water or steam to play with. None of it was something I wanted to deal with. 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br Storage convenience: Many of the other units appeared to be challenging to assemble and disassemble. This unit is easy to store because it folds up. For me, this was a must. 3. br>br>4. br>br>5. br>br>6. It quickly heats up: The unit usually reaches 140 within ten minutes with the cover on. 12 min. 4. br>br> I'm 6'3" tall. Another reviewer stated that their knees were touching, which I don't understand unless they aren't using the bracing bar that runs the length of the unit. Even though I have plenty of space, I rarely use that one. The chair that comes with it is also quite sturdy. 4. br>br> During usage, heat retention: According to my experience, you must also turn on the foot pad to keep the unit at 140 degrees. If you don't, I've discovered that I can only maintain temperatures between 130 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit if you don't. 135 I can maintain 140 for the duration of the session using the foot pad. br>br>I also like to wrap a towel around my neck to keep the heat in. If you frequently open the hand vents, you'll lose some heat as a result. br>br>I bought it primarily for heat adaptation training for outdoor racing, but I've also gotten a lot of use out of the other features. When I do a session in the evening, it greatly improves the quality of my sleep. Improvement in skin appearance, detoxification, and possibly even body composition have all been reported as additional anecdotal benefits. br>br>It has an odd appearance and is awkward to use, but I've been very pleased with it.
I'm new to the sauna world, and to be honest, the internet can be both our friend and our foe. As I learn more about the sauna online, I read things like, "it does detoxify your body, it doesn't, the temperature has to be above a certain degree to get the full effect, you can use it every day, but every 2-weeks is recommended," and "it does detoxify your body, it doesn't, the temperature has to be above a certain degree to get the full effect Once a week, twice a week, and once a month, respectively. " So, while I'm a little overwhelmed by it all, I'm going to focus on the small changes I'm starting to notice in my body and skin issues. I have eczema, leaky gut, and skin problems, and as a result, my immune system is all messed up and out of whack. In the two weeks since I started using this, I've noticed my skin is much smoother all over, but especially in the three dry areas where I have eczema, neck area, and the two inner folds of my arms, I'm beginning to notice a small difference, and the big one for me is the wart Every other day, I go to the sauna. My hand warts are the most bothersome because they have harmed my self-esteem. I'm overjoyed that my self-esteem and dating prospects have improved as a result of the sauna. This sauna has energised my lymphatic system, giving my immune system the boost it requires to aid in the healing of my body. I don't exercise as much as I should, so this extra sweat is beneficial to my body, and I've noticed a weight loss as a result. It was, in my opinion, well worth the money. br>br>In a month or two, I'll provide a more detailed update on my health. UPDATE: 4/30/2021 UPDATE: 4/30/2021 UPDATE: 4/30/2021 UPDATE: 4/30/2021 UPDATE: 4/30 I'm still using the infrared sauna I bought here; it's crazy to think I bought it because I thought it would help with a gut problem and that was it, not realizing that it gave me back my health and my self-confidence. The more I used it, the more I noticed a significant improvement in my skin. As you can see, it detoxified my body and assisted my body in getting rid of warts on my hands. It felt great to be able to go on a date with this guy and not have to worry about him noticing any warts. I wasn taking anything special to get rid of the warts, 100% all infrared sauna gets the credit! Believe me when I say that I tried everything to get rid of these warts: Nothing worked, including banana peels, garlic, apple cider vinegar, freezing (which I just returned to), and professional wart remover products. This sauna seemed to have a positive effect on me. To make them go away, I'm going to activate my immune system. It means a lot to me. I use it almost every day for a while, then stop, and then use it again when I notice I'm feeling sluggish or like my body needs to release any stored junk. My holistic doctor said I could use it every day as long as I replenished the electrolytes and took a multivitamin once a day, and she advised me to go by my body and how I felt. I told her I felt great every time, didn't feel tired, and that I would cut back if I did feel off from it, which I haven't yet. After you've used it, you'll feel revitalized. When I was younger and had a lot of skin problems, I believe it was due to a toxic build-up. I never exercised, so I had no choice but to go number one to get rid of the toxins. 2, but it was evidently insufficient. br>br>My only cons so far are that the chair on the top left side has ripped through the material and the metal bar is poking me when I sit in it, but I'll just put a washrag over it to bring some comfort and I would definitely recommend keeping it in your garage or small storage area (outside on my patio, locked up when not in use) because it starts to stink up after a while from all your previous sweat, onc. It's still one of my favorites, and I'm planning to get a new one next year. br>br>I am living proof that an infrared sauna can heal you! I still eat junk food and take supplements to help my body, but I'm more careful and don't go overboard.
I decided to stock up on electrolytes and try to use the sauna for 30 days after reading about the benefits of doing so. I was curious to see how it would fare in everyday use. I was also curious as to how my body would respond. I've been doing this for 22 days and here's what I've learned so far.
1. It's very simple to set up and dismantle. It really doesn't take much time. It's something I do automatically.
2. It doesn't take long for it to get hot. It's already warm when I arrive with my drinks and towels.
3. Unless the room it's in is also warm, it rarely gets above 140 degrees. It will be between 122 and 124 degrees in a cool, airy room. Depending on whether you're using the armholes to use your phone or multitask, the temperature will be around 135 degrees. I'm not going to complain about the heat because I'm drenched in sweat even at 122 degrees.
4. I've been suffering from insomnia for the past year, but after only a week of using this sauna, I'm able to fall asleep without the use of any medications.
5. My skin appears to be flawless! I think it's because of the detoxification process. br>6. It's simple to consume the recommended amount of water each day. I can easily consume at least 30 ounces of alcohol in a single sitting. In a 45-ounce glass, pour 40 ounces of water. I have been in the sauna for 60 minutes. I'm pretty sure I'm downing a gallon of water every day now. br>br>Again, I'm only on day 22 of daily use, but I'm pleased with my progress thus far. Every morning, I eagerly anticipate its use. It's a fantastic way to get your day started. br>When I reach 30 days, I'll give another update. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> Since November 2020, I've been going to the sauna almost every day. It's now March 11th, 2021, and the sauna is still going strong, but the chair has finally given up the ghost. The heat and my weight were too much for the plastic at the chair's seams. I had to make do with a small metal stool in its place. For the sake of durability, metal is the way to go. I'm hoping the manufacturer develops a more comfortable seating option. br>br>**I was quickly sweating through several folded towels per day, so I bought some reusable, leak-proof underpads to replace my good towels. The underpads are simple to clean and do not retain odor even if they are left in the towel hamper for days before being washed. Bonus: They are eligible for FSA/HSA benefits. br>br>As far as sauna benefits go, my skin is glowing, my waist is slimmer, and I'm still sleeping like a baby in the evenings. Throughout the day, I am the most energetic. Each morning, I eagerly anticipate a good sweat. In terms of motivating me to stick to healthy habits, the sauna has been a true game changer.
