I love it. Though the directions were very vague, it was easy to obtain a sample. The fact that herbs could be used was also an advantage. I've used it four times and have lost 6 pounds I believe due to water loss. There is plenty of steam and it gets very hot, so you sweat a lot. If you want to sweat, this product is good for you.

There are so many things to love about this sauna! While the instructions for putting it together are unclear, putting it together is quite simple. As well as eating a meal with steam, I have my coffee pot heat up water and then add some essential oils to it. Afterwards, I typically hop into the water in about 20 minutes, setting the clock to 9 for 60 minutes. My hands and head begin to sweat so I get out of the car within 20 minutes. I then check my phone until it shuts off before I go back inside. Prior to this, I had an infrared personal sauna, which did not produce as much heat and was not It is a great product in my opinion and I really appreciate seeing the comments before I buy anything. Additionally, the customer service was outstanding they contacted me immediately when the brown was out and asked if I would mind grey in my place. I was very pleased with it. I love how easy it is to assemble and It would have been nice to have known about this during the pandemic ( like during the recent flu epidemic). have done hot yoga and used the sauna at the gym (I guess you can say I like the heat) And this sauna is just as good except that the chair could be a little more comfortable but no big deal I just added a thick towel for more comfort It doesn't require a lot of training and does the job well! My favorite part of the sauna is the water. I love how affordable it is.
