What is the board like (white) in the picture? Does it have a blue border around it?

We got ours all in Aside from the white, there is no blue.

This is really lame! They don't show the hardware or mounting pattern. How come I no longer have this board, and 6 treaded rods are poking out from the concrete pool deck about 2" from the edge?

The three bolts used are three front bolts at the center, and one center bolt at the back. Eventually two bolts are set back by 6 inches, and the rear bolt is approximately 3 1/4 inches away.

Will the stand for my old board work with my new board? Can the stand be returned only?

The stand itself needs to be replaced anyway, as they suffer from metal fatigue, rust and could be a safety hazard due to the fact that they are only held in place with 3 bolts/nuts. Don't make the same mistake others do

As pictured, it's not what it looks like

The diving board in this picture was purchased to replace what we had when we refinished our swimming pool. In terms of color, I was very lucky to find a diving board in a neutral tone. I can tell you right away that it is not taupe at all. It could be an almond of a light color. What's worse is the fact that they ensured that none of the pictures showed the white rubber bolt covers that stick up upon the top of the board. It looks from the pictures that it will have a monochromatic level surface, but it really does not. Three white dots seem to be on my diving board. My kitchen countertops look cheap and unattractive. Unfortunately, I could not return them since I had already paid to have them installed, and I had no idea until they were installed that they would look terrible. This diving board is really ugly. I spent a fortune on a fabulous pool finish, and now I have this ugly diving board. Am very dissatisfied.

After the mounting jig is set up and the coolcrete has been cut, the installation is relatively easy

Once the coolcrete is cut and the mounting jig is set, this is a replacement board and it's easy to install. It would have been nice if there was a little more spring in the board, but overall I am Even with half a spring, kids still enjoy watching and having a little less spring controls the big kids from overreacting A deep dive into the unknown.

Having trouble finding the stand! This is a gift I bought for my grandson's birthday

Having a professional come and install it for me was the price I paid. I showed up today and he did not have the stand! I am extremely angry because I have not received a response from customer service. A BOARD WITHOUT A STAND IS VALID FOR NOTHING! I had to pay someone to do nothing and the board is useless!.

There isn't a lot of bounce

It is easy to install. There's just not a lot of bounce to it. A raised platform is basically what it sounds like. My old boards used to bounce when I stepped on them.

My Dock at Lake of the Ozarks is going to look great with this jumping board. The Grandkids love it since it has plenty of SPRING. This is an easy to set up, easy to install hammock.
