It isn't as springy as the last board I replaced it with. Stiff to the point of being painful. It is incorrect to depict the white board on the product image as it shows four The other pictures for the other colors were correct. I went to the Interfab web site and confirmed the part number was correct and what was delivered was the board with two The bolts to mount the panels were just the right size. Pictures of the included hardware and installation instructions can be found in the following picture. I found this product for $100 less than everywhere else and it came with.
Installation was easy, the springiness was great, and Uncle Roy didn't break it - and he never breaks anything.

The board component hardware was sufficient however, the washers were way too large to go on the In order to get it working, we used the washers from the original installation.
In response to our inquiry, the company did the job of shipping it back to us. Item was shipped within 3 days of ordering. Result new replacement delivered within 3 days of ordering. I would like to say that the diving board was a great product that held up to expectations. By the way, the diving board was very easy to install.
i really like this board. not only are the boards sturdy and clean, but the order came with all the necessary hardware to replace the boards as well. that was a nice surprise I did not expect when I read the product description.
The board arrived with a corner chipped off. My problem was resolved by support within minutes - they sent me a replacement without any hassle. We received the replacement board in perfect working condition a few days later. I appreciate the excellent customer service. I think the board has just the right amount of spring to it. The kit includes all the hardware and instructions required for installation. Easy to install. Did not take long at all. Great purchase. I'm very pleased with it.
