Connection has a number of leaks

The connections were not properly sealed and immediately began to leak. We tried a few different filter tubes to make sure it wasn't one of them. The ring clasps were made more secure. There were no orings or thread tape included to resolve the issue. We needed to get a better seal right away so that we could use the heater. The heater's material isn't particularly long-lasting - Punctured easily.
