I was able to hook up 110, connect to existing filter, and run a gas line. It was easy and perfect. A temperature rise of 20,000 degrees per hour is possible!
As well as that, I seem to remember seeing it. In spite of that, the thermostat is entirely If I were home I would take a look at it, but I'm not sure if it has pilot light. It does everything automatically and I have no recollection of lighting it. Whenever I want the temperature to be set, I set the thermostat and forget about A great heater, in my opinion.
There is no mention of elevation on their website it is only for low elevations.

It's one of the worst heaters on the market. After I bought my water heater in August of 2017, I had only used it for 3 weeks, so I closed the swimming I opened our pool on memorial day this year and a couple of weeks later the manifold started to leak. I called the company and they said that they will not cover it because of the low pH. We are having a lot of rain lately, so chemistry has slightly dropped in our weekly church service. Though I know that things can break and will break, I am blown away by the way the company representative dealt with me in this situation. Despite the fact that my life depends on it, I will never buy from these guys again.
It began to leak after three years. Since the hole was so large, I would have had to use gallons of liquid chlorine to fill it, which I did not do. I chlorinated the same amount and way as I did with my last heater until it developed corrosion after 11 years. Being that I have to replace this heater now, I feel that this product was of much lower quality than my last heater, which I will be purchasing again in the future!.
The heater I purchased in April of 16 was a used one. Upon the failure of the heat exchanger after 1 year, I was without heat for 4 days Our ph levels in the spa were the reason for the problem, the course told us. A machine I paid has failed again. Now it is completely rotted out. This is junk! For free, I would not accept one from them! BUY RAYPAK IS A FAITH-BEATING IDEA!.
This is an awesome idea! Okay, it's not very loud, but I have a doughboy pool about 28 feet above ground. In other words, it took about 4 hours to reach 85 degrees from 75 I really like how easy it is.
There was no question that I would return it because of a dent on the top, but it lost 10 points as a result. A RayPak pool heater was replaced by the new unit, so the change was fairly quick. I was able to get it going right away and have enjoyed it since then. We can conserve a lot more energy with this one than with the It was about 16 years old the last time so I would hope it would be as old!.
While I don't like spending a couple grand on a new pool heater, my pool guy installed it quickly and I'm satisfied with how it works. It's wonderful to have a heater that works and I like how the control panel has a little flip door that keeps the room dry when the heater is on.

I made a large online purchase, but I guess you won't mind if you know you really want this model, because it was cheaper on Amazon than in any brick-and-mortar store. Item arrived well packaged, no issues with delivery, easy to install, well-made, and instructions were clear. This product was purchased to replace the Raypak that was 17 years old and had finally broken down. The operation operates as promised. The product itself is good and far superior to those from less established manufacturers.
