The 16 ounce bottle of reagent should be poured into the 2 ounce
A 0001 and a Taylor Technologies is not offering 16 ounce bottles of 0002 at this time. There is currently a maximum size of 2 ounces available.
I am writing to you in response to your email. NB. The nozzle (white cone on top of bottle permitting drops to be dispensed) works on both the 2 oz and 4 oz bottles. They come in a 0.75 oz bottle. It is actually 2 oz bottles only that I use.

As I have a pool and a hot tub in my backyard, testing free chlorine is a necessity (both of my pools and hot tub use liquid chlorine). Sanitizer 0870) in a quarter pound package is a great buy that will ensure that your sanitizer is set at zero. This is a mark of 5ppm. When test strips won't work or you need just to measure total levels of chlorine and bromine and are having issues with your water, I highly recommend getting this and the powder.
The product itself is fine, but make sure you check it immediately. This product should be good for around one year when in its original packaging. The bottle is a very large one (1 pt) and lasts for a very long time. There is a possibility that you might run out of time before you are able to use it all unless you are a pro and do multiple FAS tests.
To save $12 each time instead of buying a new one every time, I kept my small droplet bottle and poured this into it when it gets low. time, and the expiration date is long (mine is not A) I wish I had discovered this earlier.
My two ounce bottle normally lasts for a long time, but with an older ink it doesn't last as long as my present one I have experienced algae blooms in my ground pool that has plaster issues, so I thought a larger bottle would be better. In order to use it for refilling the smaller bottle, however, I returned it to you since it did not have an expiration date covering more than 9 months. An expiration date is normally 18 months from the date of purchase There is a 24-month waiting period. It would be a great way to keep testing more frequently if it weren't for that.
It is exactly as it sounds. Maybe a small refillable dropper container or just a dropper would be better than the current configuration. However, that would be asking for too much. My expectations were met by the product as it was sold.
This is the same stuff that comes with the kit and is available at Despite that, the economy size and price make this a great purchase. When I need it again, I'll buy it here.
During shock treatments to remove algae from a pool, chlorine testing needs to be conducted frequently. The replacement reagent found in my little Taylor kit was perfect because I had run out. Just fill the small bottle from my kit and let it sit for a couple of days. Since you will test twice a day when SLAMing a pool, be sure to have a big bottle of water with you.
I like this value a lot. The item was packaged well and wasn't even close to its expiration date! I will return to it.
