We cannot run this product by itself in our pool despite how well it cleans. Almost every time it runs the drain gets stuck on the drain covers in the deep end. We occasionally find that it will move to the shallow end by itself if given enough time, but most of the time, we have to manually push it. In the past, I have tried to reach Initially, I received an email stating that the company would investigate this issue, but I did not hear back. It might be a good idea to check out another brand if your drain covers protrude above the bottom of the pool. I definitely expect it to run on its own given that it is almost 1K. This is a simple and easy to clean machine. Since I was taking this unit to my parents, I did not enjoy the price. Initially, I thought it was too expensive. However, all those thoughts melted away as soon as I put it in my swimming pool and let it loose. WALLS ARE CLIMBORED AND SCRUBBED LIKE AN ELEPHANT. have a 35000 gallon concrete pool that is spotless in no more than two hours. It's nice to have a car. It has excellent sucking and scrubbing power. EMAIL US TO LEARN MORE. . . ! - EASY TO USE, EASY TO EMPTY/CLEAN I couldn't have said it better. You are not to buy a dolphin product under any circumstances. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE. It cost me thirty dollars less to power my home. I have never seen anything like this beast in my Hayward. It vacuums the bottom and removes sand and debris. As well as several new hoses, I tossed my Hayward in the trash. Keeping the filters in the pool clean is a lot easier because they filter from the bottom and skimmers. I love how easy it is to clean this thing, and I like the included cart. As well as the 'WALL-E' extension, I have a 15' 12/2 extension coiled up The "E's" cable is easy to use when you need to toss or rewind quickly. Under the cover is a big screen cavity VERY fine sand. Best pool crap I've ever bought.

I cannot find a robot that has a good reputation and that is designed to work with above ground pools for whatever reason. There's no need to worry about the pool not cleaning well if you have an above-ground pool. To sweep a 27' pool is no small task, but this guy does a great job of it. The machine sometimes skips the center of the pool, but it works well overall and climbs the walls nicely, which has saved me from having to get up from the floor. I really like it because it has great suction and is easy to clean, but because it has such great suction sometimes it gets stuck on the rug or pulls it out from underneath In spite of the unit being an investment, it has been very helpful It is impossible to comment on longevity, but I believe it will be worth it if it lasts 5 years.

The unit is reliable and works well. In addition to this unit, I'm also getting replacement parts with this one. In general, you can expect the pool robot to last 3 years. Maintenance and repairs are moderate and the product will last for a long time. Generally, I found this to be a good midrange A line unit that is easy to clean and maintain.

That's probably not a lemon from the manufacturer, but this thing is a complete waste of time and money. There are large areas of the pool that are not mapped, including the walls as well as the bottom (like 4'x6' In any case, I have to run it a minimum of four times and then brush the pool. As a result of my contact with Polaris, I Two problems persist. One is that the track keeps falling off every so often. After the first month of using it, it started happening. Honestly, I can handle the feeder line tangling up, but it should at the very least perform its function for the price it's been asked to perform. It now does a great job cleaning the areas it is supposed to clean.

I bought this boot to replace one that finally went out of style after many years of service. Our pool sparkles and we always receive compliments on how Crystal clear it is. We will never trust any other brand. We recommend this product and you will not be disappointed. The easier it is to keep our pool clean thanks to our bot as we age, the more we appreciate it. Although we do not have a drain that goes to the bottom of our pool, we have not had a problem with the bot getting sucked in like some reviews claim. In the last couple of months, we've used our replacement bot on more than 30 occasions.
