The information on this page is totally misleading in terms of sales. In the picture the Caddy is shown along with the Robotic Pool Cleaner and the cover, however, when you get the package the caddy is not included. In this case, deception is taking place, and this needs to be rectified. Having been a member for many years, I'm familiar with the program. I have no idea where to start. The "shady" return policy drove me here to tell others about it. Normally, I don't write reviews, but this made me want to make a point to share my experience. My heavy duty trash liner is made of the same thickness as the durable polyester fabric. To add to that, I have tried for 10 to 15 minutes With a gentle breeze and 15 minutes to get it seated correctly on the dolphin base mount caddy, I witnessed it lift off with a gentle breeze. What really disappointed me was that I had to return this piece of garbage. A product return policy should state to contact the manufacturer, in my opinion. Now that I know why I want to return an item, I know what to do. Please see below for our return policy. It should have been obvious that the policy or the product is inferior if the return policy is unclear. There seems to be a problem with the Amazon reviews because they are showing reviews for the Dolphin itself and not just the caddy. I like the Dolphin cleaner very much, and the caddy is really convenient for storing it. Nevertheless, the cover that is the subject of this review presents some problems.

For this cover, you will have to pay US$50 plus tax. It was OK for me to spend just over a grand on the S300 robot and We have no issues with either product. Almost all of the vacuums I evaluated were incredibly expensive, which is the case for most things these days. Following that, I ordered the cover which was supposed to have been included, Even before I opened the package the cover was shipped in, I wasn't blown away by it. The covers I have on my grill and smoker are very useful. Neither product is significantly lighter than the other, nor does it cost significantly less. Packaged in plastic bags of greater thickness than the cover, this cover is packaged in a thick plastic bag. It may suffice to send this item back and use a large garbage bag or tarp as an alternative. While I give the S300 and its caddy high marks, I have to give its cover a ZERO for being overpriced.
