The system with pop-ups is in place The jets clean the pool when they are turned on. Those systems produce a fairly high hump in the center of the bottom, and I have never had any trouble with them getting stuck at all, there or anywhere else. Combined with this unit, the pop-up tent appears to be I am happy with how the system works. As a result, I'm only a couple of times using robotic cleaner, but they work very well. It's such a great idea to own a pool with a robotic cleaner because of the energy savings over using the pool motor to run a manual cleaner, how quiet it is (quite), and just how well it cleans. In order for the machine to sink, the wheels need to be submerged in water in order to act as ballast. When the water drains, the machine sinks again. I'm not 3 months into owning it yet and it's a mess. It stays a mystery whether anyone will service this model even though they are all Dolphin "authorized dealers", and they only service if you bought it It's a big waste of time to use Maytronics' website! I want to know how to fix it, not how to become a dealer. I go to customer service, and they ask if I want to become a dealer. Maytronics should read this, but if you want to discuss the warranty with me, you can reach out to me.
I have now used 5 cleaners. Robots on both sides of the pressure and two on the electric side. The last 2 I've owned were an Aquabot and a Dirt Devil. Although the Dirt Devil was a respectable product, it stopped working after two A friend of mine bought an Aquabot based on reviews, and it was terrible. After 2 months, the motor stoped working completely after just a few months of cleaning. A year ago, I had it fixed under warranty, but this year it died again after 3 uses. Did not want to pay a second time to have it fixed. It was decided to purchase the most prestigious robot pool cleaner this time, and if for whatever reason this one doesn't work, the robotic pool cleaner era is over. I took it out of the box and it was ready to use. We put it in the water for 30 minutes before it no longer worked. My mind was racing. It turned out that it had become so good at cleaning that his bag was full that soon. The water in my pool has always been clean, but this thing is impressive. Cleaning things I couldn't see was part of the job. Finally, after about six iterations of the process, an entire cycle was completed. After switching to the cartridge filter from the bag filter, I am very happy with my choice. In short, yes. Both are included in the product! Most of the time, $150 or so is required. It has kept up to my high expectations just like a champ for the last three years. My only concern is durability, but with a 3 year warranty I feel at least somewhat confident that it will last.
The unit was purchased from the Pool Express Group through Amazon in March of this year. As soon as the unit was placed on its daily setting the Friday before Memorial Day, smoke began coming out of the control box and it ceased to function. Pool Express has answered my calls 3 days in a row. The first day I was told that the person I was supposed to talk to step out, but she would request that they call me back when they return. In the next two days, I was told the person I needed to talk to was on the phone with another client but would get back to me soon. It's still a few days before I hear back. There is a serious lack of customer service at their company! They state on their website that they are the only "authorized dealer. ".
Performance of the unit was not Although the video shows that the swimsuit can climb pool walls, it did not do it well. The floor of the pool was left untouched in large areas. It appears to be the same module sold a few years ago even though it is advertised as being a new module.
It was purchased just a little more than a year and a half swivel that was so highly touted at the other day failed miserably. As water entered at some point, it shorted (stunk horribly too), and what was left of the electric cable came out of the swivel (see the attached photos). My warranty service request was replied to by Maytronics, who told me that I needed to send the whole unit to them at my own expense (about $60-$70). It has been promised that it will be returned via ground service once all repairs are finished (at an additional cost of $80). There's no such thing as a "no nonsense warranty", as Maytronics asserts on its website, or their claim of rapid repairs or modular design (see bottom of page for the direct quote) A quick fix is That's right, rapid repairs! While we understand I did not invest in a robotic cleaner to manually clean my pool, we do urge you to do so. It is precisely because Premier is built on a modular DIY platform that your downtime will be greatly reduced. We have designed Premier so any component can be replaced by you or any of our dealers in about ten minutes if the unit needs service. If your cleaner is repaired quickly, you'll have no need to leave your pool in the middle of the summer. I found it quite reasonable to pay quite a bit to ship the whole device to them and have it out of commission for at least a week when all that needs to be done is the replacement of one of the "DIY components, which can be done in about 10 minutes?" There is a serious lack of quality in both service and product, especially for the flagship product of this company. The misleading advertisement is outrageous, and any warranty claim is void. At this price (about $100/month if it lasts only 1 year), this is not a good.
