In the same way that the other answerer stated, there are three brushes on it. In addition, this model includes two types of filters, a mesh type for general use and a finer particulate filter for sand, silt, algae, etc. Beyond that, it has a WiFi connection and you control it with an app on your smartphone. You can select the type of cleaning you want (regular, fast cleaning, walls only, floors only, or extra-advanced) In clean conditions). The Dolphin robot and the Nautilus robot have been here three times each over the years There are two versions of the nautilus cc the Supreme and the Standard. Water edge cleaning is done by the Supreme (the one you're asking about), but not by the other nautilus robots. As the Roomba of the pool robotics world, think of it as the automated vacuum. Robot vacuums abound, but this one lives up to its name because it actually has a number of smart features that you won't find in the cheaper versions The models are tier-based.
The way I see it, it does
I can access my Linksys router and Myspace bar, but it does not seem to be working.

My first robot pool cleaner, and the whole experience has really discouraged me from ever purchasing another robot pool cleaner, or any expensive high priced item from Amazon. I got to use the brand new robot within two weeks and immediately noticed that it was spinning round and round. I noticed the tread had come off one of the tracks when I went to inspect it. Maytronics customer service told me that their warranty is that you have to ship the item to their location, which would mean that you would have to spend an additional amount on already expensive equipment. It cost a small fortune to buy this thing. Am I now going to have to pay to get it fixed? There are worse policies in place by the seller. Unless you are willing to pay a 50% restocking fee, you should not return this item. You are essentially done with your purchase. If I knew then what I know now, I would never again purchase a pool robot cleaner. Customers are treated very poorly by the customer service department, which is designed to make your purchase final and force you to pay for expensive repairs under the 3-year.
A 2020 update will be published shortly. Within minutes of taking it out of the box and receiving it, this pool cleaner stopped working. (SEE BELOW FOR UPDATE) The power supply box would turn red when it was turned on, then turn off when it turned off. We did not even get close to filling up our filters. The lack of a manual was the cause of my problem, other than the machine not working. The website redirected me to a digital book that I had to scroll through. A physical owners manual would make sense to you if the product cost 1500 dollars. In spite of reading the manual and searching on Google, I was unable to figure out what the different light colors meant, other than that blue is good and red is As a result, I had no idea what to look for except to check the filters. In addition, it did not connect to the Wi-Fi right away. The second one worked for me. In the following three points. It is understandable that there are some products that are defective and I called the number on their website and the lady was quite pleasant, but I really wish they would have given me a new cleaner since this one was broken right from the start yet instead I have to send it in for a repair. Rather than paying so much and having it not work out of the box, they ought to have sent a replacement. As soon as the repair is completed, I will update this review. My original review is left for comparison with this one if I get my money back.
(UPDATE)I left my original review for comparison with this one. It was a very pleasant and professional experience I had when I spoke to the people who dealt with the problems stated above who actually made contact with me after my initial review in order to ask what arose so that notes could be inserted for the tech who would be reviewing my cleaner. The caller also sent me a link that I could click on to find the owners manual for my particular machine. I was surprised by the In explaining in detail what had happened, she apologized about the difficulty and assured me that their technician would get back to me regarding the problem as soon as possible. A motor issue was the cause of the failure. It was just a case of being unlucky and getting a bad unit in this case. In less than two days after she called back, she told me that the cleaner was unable to be repaired, and as a result a brand new cleaner was sent to me. The pool cleaner came in the mail yesterday and I was able to link it right off the bat with my WiFi. After letting it soak in the pool for about 30 minutes, I set it up to run a deep cleaning cycle and it performed flawlessly for the entire cycle time. It works wonderfully and I haven't had any complaints so far. It seems to do what it is supposed to do and I'm very satisfied with it so far. want to thank the people who helped me out with this issue and wish that all companies had support staff that operated in a similar manner.
I received poor customer service. There are different access points and I tried using Android and Apple apps to completely set up the device, but neither of them worked. I called customer service and waited for 45 minutes for them to assist me. Upon explaining the problem to the nice lady on the other end of the phone, she asked for my serial number and email address and said that she would send me a "troubleshooting tips" email so we could get to the bottom of this. It took several minutes for me to be disconnected after being put back on hold. The next day, I tried calling again but had to wait over an hour on hold before hanging As far as I was concerned, I was too frustrated at that point to maintain a productive conversation. The only thing left for me is to wait and see if they answer my tech support ticket that I submitted via their website, to take my vacation day and try again, or to set up an exchange through Amazon itself. robot itself works great, but if you can't use the app, then you may not be able to control the robot at all. To be honest, I don't care much about the robot being able to drive or anything like that - all I need is it to run on It is a sad fact, however, that ALL of the features are only available through the app, including It is impossible to control the power supply in any way The only thing that's different is the on/off button. Obviously, I don't want to come off as petty though about what I want from this product, but come on! It is abhorrent that robots ranging from $1500 to $2500 are having these issues. And to lock every single control method to an app without a backup is plain and simple stupid. There should at least be some way of controlling the device via Bluetooth (which I can connect to fine), but apparently this robot must be in contact with the mothership through WIFI before I can actually do anything. Unfortunately, the troubleshooting tips email did not reach me. Despite my disappointment, Maytronics is still one of the best companies.
You should not be a fool like me, be aware that if you return the item for any reason (even if it wasn't even opened and it was still in the box like in my case) they will probably keep 20% of the price, meaning I It's really too bad!.
There was a problem with it! The review has been updated The power button turns red after it runs for 10 minutes, and it then stops and stops. In spite of trying several times to clean the machine, after only a few weeks of use it was never able to complete a What a waste This is a review of a previous
It was super easy to set up. It came clean the floor and walls of the pool when I dropped it in it. Although it missed a few leafs as it vacuumed the floor, I was able to take control of the bot and vacuum it up quickly with the app. I am down one for the day. It will be interesting to see how things go over the coming weeks!.
