Questions & Answers

The ultra fine filters can be used on this model, right? it's a standard on the Triton model, but it looks like it's the same configuration for this model as well. ?

Hi, Yes, you are able to use the fine filters on this model, but you will have to buy them since it does not come with them

The water heater will work well in a 20,000 gallon pool. If so, how well will the water heater work?

In short, yes. I have a pool with a capacity of 20,000 gallons in which this machine works beautifully. This tool is a true time saver.

When you receive it, will you be able to use it right away?

Then turn it on. Plug the extension cord in. I really enjoy using it! As far as the schedule is concerned, I haven't played with it yet. However, it admits that you can choose days and it will automatically

An example of how much time a cycle lasts. Do we have to take it out and turn it off when it's done running? Or does it just shut off after the cycle is over?

It takes about 2 hours for the robot to complete its clean cycle. Once it has completed this cycle, it just stops. The video doesn't need to be seen. When I am done swimming, I take my noodles out of the pool, but I am sure it is fine if you leave them Due to the fact that it can be scheduled for a couple of days, I say this.

Not great, but not bad either
4/5

This is going to be a long post! The first thing to keep in mind is to not judge this cleaner too quickly. I almost sent it back at first because I wasn't impressed with what I saw at all when it first arrived and waited a few days to see what it does. I found it easy to get up and running As soon as I went there, I noticed these things *BRANCH - WEIGHT Because my wife is small and worried she would not be able to lift it, this was a big deciding factor for her. It is not a problem because it is light however that brings with it another issue. When cleaning the pool, the track (wheels) just spins or the cleaner slides down the slope as it runs. There is a way for me to add some weight to the wheel so that it has CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION ON CLEVERCLEAN TECHNOLOGY There is no and there is no I think so. I suspect it can't have any sort of intelligent navigation unless it has a GPS installed as it goes over the same spot multiple times. It sometimes slides down slopes and cannot gain traction, so no smart navigation is possible. In spite of that, it does eventually clean the whole pool, though it might require The bat gets hung up on our ladder from time to time, but eventually it Additionally, it has a problem going over a drain if it is flowing So long as the brush goes over the drain first, it should have no problem going over it. * Anti- The Tangle Technology I didn't know that, though. My phone was twisted three times the first day. Usually you will need to take it out once every other day or so to clean so that's how you untangle it. This isn't a deal breaker, but I would like to see a swivel mechanism for $10. *NO POWER IN THE CONTROL UNIT There is only one feature that you can choose from when it comes to Nautilus CC, and it is to repeat every day, every 2 days, One thing I do not see in the specifications or online pages that states you have to re-enter is the serial number I don't think you can set it to repeat every two days and you're good to go. You need to select the repeat option every week. *plug and play with a power cable According to the specifications, the unit is suitable for pools up to 30 feet in length and I would partially agree with them. Some of the reviews I read said it worked well with pools that were larger. The pool is 36 feet long with an 8 foot deep end, with a plug about ten feet from the end. However, I noticed that the plug was not reaching the bottom of the far deep end or the top of the deep end wall. There was a stretch in the cable. The cable is now more than enough since I also have another plug centered around the middle of the pool. In my measuring, the power cable measure about 45 feet long, but remember to factor in the distance from the pool that you have to put the control box. CLEAN IT EASY One of the best features of this cleaner is its ability to clean tough stains. With just a press of a button, the bottom hinges open, and then spraying is all that's needed. If you prefer, you can also remove two of the side panels for even easier cleaning. The part of the unit I am most satisfied with is this. The purpose of pool cleaning is to keep the pool clean Although summer hasn't reached its peak yet, it seems to be doing pretty well in terms of cleaning. The pool itself usually has no debris in it when it rolls over it, although occasionally some debris does fall out when it rolls over it, but it does appear to eventually collect it later since once it stops the pool is relatively clean with a few BRINGING YOU TO THE SIDE AND STEP Whenever it climbs the wall, it does so well but it does not always do so. It does spend about three or four seconds scrubbing the waterline, so that is also positive. We can also see it climbing up our first step, but that's all. A fall from the step is the result when the car cannot move down the step. Please find below some advice I hope may be helpful to others in attempting to answer some questions I had and in making their own decisions. I have never owned a robotic vacuum cleaner and do not understand why they cost so much, but they probably cost that much because we pay for them. The only thing I hope is that it will last!.

A tank named Frank
5/5

Frank is a tank by the name of Frank. As an in- This year's pool opening was a snap for him with an above-ground saltwater pool (30k gal. , vinyl lining). As others have reported, there are no streaks on the drivetrain. Pine tree needles, worms, dead algae, etc were pulled up, and it had a surprising amount of capacity to collect I am pretty sure my old cleaner, a Polaris, is no match (if Frank still lives after The Plus model is the one I purchased Overall, the price point is great and the performance so far has been stellar. The two difficulties I have are that something so expensive comes with practically no manual and the process to clean Frank's filters can be a little time-consuming. Your pool will be filled with all kinds of things he finds, and you'll be involved a lot. The bottom line is who cares? I love the blue color of the water! We took two photos, waited 24 hours, and then did the clean-up I am updating my March 2018 blog post as follows The season went well for Frank and he There would only be one consideration - purchasing a caddy would be much easier since the long cord can be cumbersome to move without it. The most recent update is for May The system was reliable all last season with no issues to report. This year I learned something new about it when I opened my pool. The last cleaner I had (Polaris) paused cleaning cycles when debris was present. There is a feature similar to this in Frank, but Frank has a way different limit. So much so that I had to remove needles/debris from the "traps" because they did not fall out when I opened them for cleanup. She has a remarkable capacity and the ability to cram in as much stuff as possible. If upcoming cleaning results in the same picture I will add it.

Invest in a manual vacuum rather than spending money on the machine
3/5

Better yet, buy a robot that will do the job better. A part of my backyard is covered by a swimming pool that stands 3,57 The interior of the pebbles is miniature. Due to the dust that blows into the pool, the robot misses a lot of obvious spots. As far as climbing walls is concerned, it doesn't do It cleans some spots good, and some not so good when I have watched it go around. It is the cord that constantly tangles that is my biggest problem. It is unplugged every other day and the cord is straightened. If the cord is twisted, it limits the robot's range and I have seen it get pulled back and then The pool would need to be cleaned manually with a vacuum and a vacuum cleaner. Don't shell out the money for it. It doesn't deliver enough of a return on your investment. I have updated For the past year, I have had this product and it has proven to be junk. Aside from having a poor job cleaning the shallow end of my pool, it does a poor job cleaning the rest of it. It costs $60 to replace the filter basket now that it is ripped in two places. At this point, the cord is rapidly deteriorating. With almost $600 invested, it has lasted almost two years. The control box is now flashing and the robot is not running. I think this thing is a total rip-off. My only regret is that I should not have purchased There is no way to clean my pool. I am going to buy a manual vacuum and beat it over the head.
