I purchased a top of the line dolphin cleaner that lasted for The houses in the door are always By season five, the robot and the controller have ceased communicating, and the app stops working. My attempts at custom services resulted in generic answers such as this try that etc. , but no more. The controller I bought is still not working even after I bought another one for more money. Approximately $1000 out the window with no help from the staff they read the script without any care. I have to admit it is highly disappointing how bad custom service has become because if something goes wrong the cleaners will only cause further problems.

The Bluetooth app does not connect to the unit. There are some features that are not functional or buttons/lights don't work on half of the units. Defective unit is not going to be replaced by seller.
