Questions & Answers

When is the lure going to go out of date?

My experience has been effective even with lures left over from the previous year. I'm not sure how long they last, but I have used lures from the previous year.

If you put them out, when do you do so. How long did it take for you to ?

In the morning when it is warm. There is no evidence of beetle damage before you see it. During the entire season, they last.

The lures are attached to the vane in what manner?

How do I find out if a product has expired? The second time I've bought this product, it has only worked for one day
3/5

I spent the whole day trying to figure out why it failed. bettles will eat my trees as soon as possible the next day. As the package has a 12/18/20 date, indicating that it is not expired, then that would explain why it works.

A product that was used for years
5/5

Then they will A number of years ago, I bought one and found it to be very attractive to As soon as they disappeared from the store, I went online to purchase them. This season, we had to dispose of 7 large bags of soil, and we ordered some to have to start early next year, so we will hopefully get ahead of the beetles before they destroy the fruit and berries.

This is an incredibly effective Japanese beetle trap
5/5

Despite how effective these traps are, it's hard for me to imagine how effective they could be. The bait has a very pleasant smell and gets these things trapped very fast. The bag has dozens in a very short period of time. Replacement bags are reasonably priced (without bait) and hold up well in adverse weather conditions. Gardener's gloves are necessary if you have a garden.

I really like these
5/5

Japanese beetles have been a problem for us for years and we have used this brand for years. Our property is 5 acres, and we have planted 6 flower beds and an orchard around the property.

It did what it was meant to do in the past with great results
5/5

While I have used this in the past with great results, I chose this because of price. Too soon to comment on effectiveness, but I was thrilled that it was cheaper than local companies.

Working based on what I see
4/5

However, the lures with two separate scents were not as effective as those with just one. Concerned that the boxes are dated 4, which is a number that has already been used. The 21 this week makes these less effective. It's just out this week (8/21/21) so we'll see how it's doing at the end of the.

are very effective, although they have to be ready for assembly before the Beetles arrive
4/5

While I wish the system cost a little less, I don't know about how the manufacturing process works so it's pretty hard to say for sure whether it should be less expensive.
