It would be best if you contacted Amazon directly about this issue. There might be no way to ship Thermacell fuel cartridges via air, so that may explain

Nevertheless, I don't believe it will take one to two months for this product to be delivered.
Instead of 12 hours, we will be working for 25 hours. My purchases of the lamp (torch, campfire light, and lantern) were based on reading the reviews - I am extremely pleased with them. And wow, it works so well when it does. Having purchased the cartridges based on the belief that they would last for 12 hours, I had a few bites and then I thought, hmm must have been walking outside of the protected area. After 3 p. m. the next day, however, it was completely different. During the five hours I stayed in the zone, I got more bites (you can see my arm has swelled up 25 percent, and a week later, it is still swollen 10 percent). After walking over to two devices, I checked the mats (not all the way white yet so the devices work as promised), then checked the cartridges - they work as the manufacturer claims. In both cases, both are 4 hours after putting new ones in - sure enough - they worked! In the same vein. Our test consisted of 3 cartridges in 3 devices and we clocked them all, resulting in an average 3 second time. I have to give up 25 hours. The thing that is upsetting is Ahead of their website launch and on the Amazon store, Thermacell claims to stand behind their products and ensure them completely. I believe they do not. In both Walmart. com and Amazon, I bought cartridges, and when I went to return them and complain, both sites told me they could not be returned due to flammable materials. And uh, why isn't that also applicable to us when we ship them?.
The Thermacell is fantastic, but these cartridges are unbelievable. I guess it is how they make This is a bad design because the expense and hassle of obtaining the cartridges negates the value of the Thermacell device. If the company can produce an electric version that does not require these stupid cartridges, then that will be great.
One lantern and one candle are available for me. The smaller butane bottle tends to burn hotter and consumes the butane and repellent pad more quickly, while the larger bottle burns slower and is less effective. These small butane bottles seem to last about 6 - 8 months. A pad may last 3 hours before losing its effectiveness, while the pads last 8 hours. The pads are excellent because they work, but I would like to see larger more affordable bottles.
My only complaint is the cartridges and pads do not last as long as they should. In addition, it does not let you know when it is low or empty so you need to remember to turn it off if you will only need for a brief period of time.
The first time I bought the Thermacell personal canister I put two of the cartridges in and did not use them for several weeks after installation only to discover that when I turned on the machine both cartridges were Moreover, even the slightest breeze would undermine the product. I would not buy it again.
What a freak I am, since the device not only needs butane but also pads. As a result, I ordered the butane and pads package. However, the shipment of butane only that I had attempted to return was rejected as it could not be returned. During shipping, it was ok for me to get it but not ok for me to ship it back to you. You need to ensure that you are ordering the right Interestingly, the box does not provide any instructions as to which ones to order in order to make sure you get the right.
I have used the same Thermocell Patio Lantern for three straight summers, and I adore it! I was introduced to the dreaded Asian tiger mosquito when I moved to the East Coast a few years ago, and I decided I would never be able to enjoy the summer patio life again. The original lantern I bought at a big box home improvement store, but this stores refills were the best. While some have argued that the refills make the product prohibitively expensive, this is the only system that actually functions, and the refill kit does last for a long time as long as you turn off the lantern properly to avoid wasting butane (I learned that lesson the hard way). Furthermore, accidentally leaving the lantern out in the rain will not damage it, it will only dilute the repellent pad on top, but most of the time you will apply a new pad the next time you go out. Although I'm tempted to try their new product, which does not require fuel cartridges, as long as this one keeps working and I still have the refills, I don't see the need for spending $50 on the new product just yet.
