Questions & Answers

Can these be combined with a pesticide like Talstar and used to kill roaches and spiders in a closed garage? Is it similar to a can fogger?

'Talstar P' is a Talstar label that reads as follows: "Do not use cold aerosol ULV sprayers or thermal fogging devices that are applied by air or by hand-held or truck-mounted cold aerosol ULV sprayers." "br>While the answer to your question for Talstar is no, there are other similar products that can be used with it. Simply look at the product label, which can be found online in most cases.

Is Concorbium Mold Control a good choice for basement mold control in this fogger? Is there anything else you'd like to add?

The Tri Jet fogger was purchased specifically for the purpose of using Concrobium. I believe the Concrobium was effective, but a spore count before and after would be required to be certain. Because he noticed some discoloration on the bottom side of a few sub-floors, a home inspector barred the purchase of a home being sold by our family Trust. boards on the floor (ancient) 1x10 pine planks are a popular choice. To be honest, the discoloration could have been caused by rain during construction 50 years ago rather than mold, but rather than argue, we bought the Tri Jet and a gallon of Concrobium ($32 at the big orange home center, give or take). Square in the basement- The square footage is approximately 1200 square feet. ft. As a result, we used the whole gallon. Our method was to work on a quart at a time, in a different quadrant of the basement each time. In about 8 minutes, the Tri Jet churned out a quart. and that was with the volume turned down low. There was a lot of moisture, so drape visqueen over the table saw and anything else that might be affected by the mist. Note that the Concrobium makers in Canada say to expect a reduction in mold/mildew odor, but not that mold/mildew stains will go away. If this is important to you, try using Krud Kutter or Simple Green to help reduce wood stains before fogging. Even though we have every confidence that the Concrobium has performed as described, if the same home inspector returns and still relies on a cursory visual inspection, he will find stains. I'll be tempted to demand a spore count at that point. Having said that, if you have a cool-looking boyfriend or girlfriend, a humidifier that produces a fine mist or a high-powered humidifier low volume/high volume They might also help atomize the Concrobium if you use a high-pressure paint sprayer. I have no regrets about purchasing and using the Tri Jet, and I believe that a re-purchase is in order. It would be simple to sell the item on Ebay or Craigslist. Just pointing out that you might already have something in your arsenal that can handle the job.

Is it necessary to wipe down the mold-infested area after fogging a crawlspace?

A small residue may remain after fogging in some cases. This, however, is entirely dependent on the chemical you're using, how long you fogged, and how wet the fog was applied (micron/particle size). I would advise wiping up residue, but it is entirely up to the product's end user. A crawl space is not the same as your dining room. As a result, when wiping up residue, the end user should proceed with caution.

When it comes to fogging, what is the particle size?

I can't see it with my naked eye because it is too small. In addition, it can be adjusted.

I am an expert in my field
5/5

I bought three of these for $400 each from bugspraycart. com and have been using them nonstop for the past three years with no problems. We've been disinfecting large commercial buildings and charter buses for 19 issues and needed a more efficient application method. Despite every supplier I know being out of stock, I ordered four of these from Amazon on Wednesday, March 18th, and received them on March 21st. I immediately filled it with an EPA-approved disinfectant and went to work testing it out in my garage. Instead of the single nozzle found on previous units, there are now three. The nozzle for adjusting the pressure is simple to use. range of reading The foundation is substantial and wide. Instead of the two latches on the previous model, this one has four. The only criticism is that the aluminum stain around the top of the pot, where the solution had foamed, was visible. If we didn't rinse it out quickly enough, the former unit would show signs of pitting. The only plastic bag liner that came with it had a hole in it, so when I filled it, the hole pot was exposed. A heavy plastic pot would be more suitable for me. Apart from that, I informed all of my colleagues about this seller right away. I'm extremely happy. br>br>As a side note, and this is critical, DO NOT disinfect with these without wearing a respirator. Please don't believe everything you see on the internet; there are more steps to effectively killing this virus than simply using a disinfectant.

When it comes to mold control, this is an excellent fogger
5/5

When it comes to mold control, this is an excellent fogger. If you don't want to read the Mold Testing Methodology below, I recommend using Mr Clean – Multipurpose Cleaner instead of much more expensive and ineffective chemicals like Concrobium (House Environment: br>I purchased a Fix-it kit. Upper 3000sq' home from the early 1900s that was closed and abandoned for about a year due to a large amount of standing water in the basement. Needless to say, every surface in the basement was covered in mold and mildew of various colors, which was beginning to creep up the inside of the wet walls (Balloon frame, very open walls with high airflow pulling from the basement to the attic area). Before testing, the water was drained and the old wood debris and ruined furniture were removed from the basement. Commercial dehumidifiers were used to decrease humidity to 50% and removed before testing the fogger**

br> br>I purchased this fogger as well as a large quantity of concrobium. The fogger was placed in the basement and was able to produce a dense fog that covered every surface in the basement as well as allowing the house to "breathe" the fog into the walls and all the way up to the attic. I'm not kidding when I say that after fogging the basement with 2 gallons of Concrobium, I went up to the attic to fog it and it was already dense up there on the third floor. The air on the first floor was dense, but the air on the second floor was not as dense, so it was fogged separately with about 1/2 gallon of water. br>br>Concrobium – $35 per gallon (approximately): br>Because the Concrobium wasn't as effective as I had hoped, I left the house and sealed it, returning periodically to where the fog lasted for about 3 hours, then letting it sit for a week while inspecting the Mold. (It's worth noting that Concrobium isn't capable of removing mold or mildew stains on its own. ) ) The multicolored mold refused to turn black or brown, despite the fact that it should have done so. I scraped the fluffy bits off of a few test spots of mold, but they continued to grow. The mold was only mildly reduced after another week of letting the house rest, which could have been primarily due to the drop in humidity. It was a big letdown. br>br>**I started by spraying various cleaners and chemicals directly on the mold in a garden sprayer. To get right to the good stuff, here's what you should do: Mr Clean – Multipurpose Cleaner (Meadows) *
br>Mr Clean – Multipurpose Cleaner (Meadows) *
br>Mr Clean – Multipurpose Cleaner ( Rain Scent) from Walmart (approximately $6 per gallon) br>I followed the same steps as Concrobium above, but with much better results. This cleaner not only smells great (after allowing time for proper ventilation), but it also kills Mold and Mildew almost instantly, which the fogger can easily accomplish. After fogging from hard surfaces, all of the colored Mold turned black or brown and was easy to wipe off. The floor joists, which are not spotless and absorbent (100-200 gallons per minute), year- There is a visible reduction in mold and no new blooms on the old Oak and Pine beams. After several months, this is still my go-to chemical when the basement begins to smell like a musty basement after a heavy rain.

Although a little on the expensive side, there are no regrets
5/5

I was overjoyed when I was able to rid myself of a long-term bed bug infestation. They didn't return in full force until several months later, after a trip to Florida. After seeing reviews of this product during my initial battle, I decided to buy it when I was at my wit's end. I'm so glad I bought it because it worked like a charm and allowed me to explore areas I'd previously overlooked. My only regret is that I wish I had purchased this the first time I saw it, as it would have saved me a lot of time and money. If you've never dealt with bed bugs, I can't begin to describe the humiliation that those of us who have had to deal with them have felt. Despite the fact that none of us desired or asked for them, it was a demoralizing experience that I hope I never have to go through again. If I do, at the very least I now have the knowledge and tools necessary to put a stop to it. No exterminator will ever be able to take away what I've learned, and I'll never need to pay their exorbitant fees for something I already know how to do.

This Fogger is fantastic
5/5

This is something I really enjoy. I bought cedar oil to use as an indoor pesticide, and it worked perfectly. Flies always get in when you open and close the sliding glass door, and they can be a nuisance at certain times of the year. This fogger fogged the entire house in less than ten minutes with cedar oil pesticide, and I now have a four-year supply of cedar oil pesticide. a house with several bedrooms The fog will linger in the air for more than an hour because it is so fine. The next day, I noticed dead bugs on the floor in various places. br>It's been a month, and my house is still bug-free. No more gnats buzzing around my computer screen in the middle of the night. I've even noticed that when flies come in, they die the next day. The cedar oil residue, I believe, continues to cause death. After use, my kitchen floor was a little slick, but that was easily remedied with a quick mop. I wiped down the counters as well, but the cedar oil is non-toxic. You do not need to be concerned because it is non-toxic.
