Questions & Answers
Cutter does, in fact, protect you. Mosquitoes are repelled. You must, however, spray several times before your outdoor event. For instance, there was a 2 p.m. gathering on the deck, spraying at 7 a.m. and 11 a.m., and again at 1 p.m. 30pm. It's been hours since there have been any mosquitoes!
A wasp spray is safer for Paper Wasps (which build gray nests) because it sprays a direct stream about 10 feet away, zapping them completely. True yellowjackets are small, vicious creatures that lay their eggs in the ground, so they'll keep appearing. Is it likely that I won't be able to obtain all of them? (I only use this to get rid of mosquitoes.)
a variety of responses – NO, it will not "KEEP BEES OUT OF THE YARD," according to Ms Magnolia's listing. "Bees gather nectar from a wide range of locations, so they would continue to come into the yard, which is not "labeled" for bees. The chemical would be carried back to the hive by the honey bees, contaminating it.
Please do not exterminate the lightning bugs.

I bought the two-pack. Neither unit would fog, instead spraying a stream. When I contacted the manufacturer, all they said was that "if shaken, it should fog" and that there was nothing they could do about it. I bought the same product from a local big box store and had the same problem. It appears that their nozzles are being mixed up in the production line. In their Wasp spray, they use the same nozzle that was designed for a stream. It's a pity that the manufacturer won't guarantee the quality of their product. Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever I would not recommend this product.
Purchased several cans in various quantities at the same time; some of which were inoperative because they did not spray a fine mist but rather a thick steam of liquid. I couldn't tell if the items were about to expire or if they were out of gas. I'm hoping the other cans are fine; I'll find out soon and update after I've used the rest of them. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> Most of the cans were broken when they arrived, and there was no gas to spray a mist, so it only squirted a stream of liquid before it ran out. Delivered cans that were about to expire, or cans that had been sitting in the heat for months. FYI - Because Amazon classifies it as a pressurized item, I am unable to return it. It's ironic that the cans arrived with no pressure and were useless. I'll try to get a refund by contacting customer service.
I've had WAY TOO MANY of these NOT SPRAY in the last year or so! So, what's going on here? Instead of a fog, it simply shoots a direct stream. I also gave them a good shake at the start. I'm not going to waste any more money on these. Good bye.
I have two of these, and neither of them fogs, instead emitting a stream that looks nothing like fog. Clearly, neither can is functional. I used this product a few years ago, so I'm not sure if something has changed or if it is simply defective, but I can no longer recommend it.
I live in Florida and have recently moved into a new subdivision where the city has yet to fog the area. I'm also O blooded, which means I'm a mosquito magnet. My back patio is constantly infested with mosquitos and wasps. I could never sit outside for more than a few minutes without being eaten alive, so I sprayed this on the door and patio once. The insects died and vanished almost instantly. Even after rain, the results were the same a week later. It's simple to operate and evenly distributes the spray. You'll get fantastic results if you make sure there's no wind before you use it. Every two weeks or whenever I notice the mosquitos returning to the door, I spray the product.
This stray cat pee smelling spray is perfect if you're trying to see how many bugs you can get to crowd around you. This photo was taken about 20 minutes after the fog started to form around our tent. I believe we have three or four different bug species here.
This reminded me of yard guard, where a fine mist was released into the air, creating an invisible barrier around a few houses, allowing you to have a cookout without being eaten alive by mosquitoes. The spray changed from heavy to sputtery in a matter of minutes. The can was quickly emptied and did not produce any fog. Very let down. It didn't make much of an impression.
I decided to give Cutters a try because it was nearly half the price of Raid Yard Guard, and as far as I can tell, it is just as good as Raid, if not better. The scent isn't as perfumy as Raid, but I didn't buy it for deodorant; I bought it to kill bugs, which it does admirably.
