Product Description

By entering your model number, you can make sure that this fits.
INSECTS ARE KILLED BY THIS PRODUCT. The brilliant plan includes 17 features. Dimensions: 9" x 4" x 0. 1" of surface area is all it takes to get rid of flying bugs for good. This fly swatter is ideal for use in classrooms, bedrooms, patios, kitchens, and other areas.
The Smart Swatter has 904 spikes to whack and smack bugs of all sizes; even small bugs get stuck in the spikes, but all you have to do to get them out is bang the swatter against the trash can's side, and the bug will fall right off. There will be no more picking up bugs with your hand and a tissue or playing hide-and-seek with pesky flies. Bugs can be swatted and flung straight into the trash.
MULTI-PACKAGE: Each set of Smart Swatters comes in a two-color variety pack. We have five different colors to choose from: red, orange, yellow, blue, and green. Fly swatters are easy to find in a pinch thanks to their bright colors. Keep one swatter at home and the other in the car or at work, and bring a fly swatter with you when you go camping or fishing.
EXTREMELY SAFE FOR KIDS Our manual fly swatters provide you with the control you need to keep your children and pets safe while also giving you the confidence to kill your target. The swatters can also be washed and reused.
This high-quality fly swatter can easily be hung on a hook in a cabinet, closet, or pantry when you're not killing bugs. It can also be tucked away in a drawer because of its flat design. These fly swatters are lightweight and portable, making them ideal for carrying around.

Questions & Answers

Why not use spikes on both sides of the board?

The spikes on one side are good for soft surfaces and will usually catch the bug, while the flat side is for hitting them on solid surfaces; if you hit with the spikes, they will break off and you will lose the smash and grab feature. You can also use the flat side to hit it, then turn it over and pick it up with the spikes.

Is it a substantial weight? Something substantial is what I'm looking for. Something capable of stomping on larger insects?

It isn't particularly heavy in my opinion, but palmetto bugs are easily crushed by it.

Is it silicone or plastic that the spikes are made out of? I'm constantly fighting fruit flies on my old single-pane windows, and I don't want to break them. ?

Yes, there is a battle between fruit flies. You will win the fruit fly battle if you use a vacuum with an edge attachment and a slightly damp cotton towel in the kitchen, leave vinegar/sugar concoction in 1 ounce cups with plastic and punch holes, and last but not least, spray every DRAIN with bleach water every night before bed. If you do these things, keep sinks clear, and put fruit inside mesh bag (if out on counter), you will win the fruit fly battle!

How long does a swatter usually last?

17”. However, I believe the question you should be asking is how to balance it so that it swats effectively. This is the best fly swatter I've ever had. I gave one to a few friends, and now I have four. Place everything else in storage.

I'm not sure what people were expecting when they said the difference between the image/description and the actual item disappointed them
5/5

Was it a disappointment that my blue swatter didn't match the photo's deep navy? Insect annihilation is my goal here, not making it into the next issue of Country Living magazine. br>br>A couple of things that make these keepers: 1. br>br> Because of the holes in the swatter and the flexible material, you can swat the fly quickly before it can flee. 2. br>br>1. br>br>br>br>br>br The fly is squished between the spikes and held there for a long time. I can turn the swatter completely around and he still won't move. 3. br>br>4. br>br>5. br>br>6. It gives me such a good feeling to see the insect impaled within the swatter. It's even more satisfying because there's no splattered bug on your wall to clean up. Simply walk over to your trash can and wiggle it a little to release the insect. You may need to "encourage" them out at times, but that's part of the deal. If you're against a little "hands-on" bug removal, you should probably look into other options. 4. br>br> It is designed and manufactured in the United States of America. Figures. Did you notice the seller proudly proclaiming 904 SPIKES PER SWATTER? Only a true American hero could have devised such an impersonally brutal device. The number 904 has been chosen with care. 900 and 905 aren't the same thing. 904 br>br>Scandanavians would've created something that politely asked the bug to kindly hang out elsewhere in an easily understood series of pictograms, but that if it didn't feel like it, well, it's also completely optional, so feel free to continue flying around the house if that's what makes you happy. 5. br>br> If you can't tell, this product listing only includes two swatters, and the five swatters in the photo are there to show you that colors may vary, and that even in a world without hunger or war, where all living things live in brotherly love, the colors indicated might not be an exact Pantone match to what you get, that's fine. You, on the other hand, are to be blamed. You're a contributing factor to the issue.

Swatter with Intelligence: It's a long review, but it's fairly informative
5/5

Fly swatters in Christmas colors, green and red, were delivered. While this did not set the tone I had hoped for, I decided to give them a chance anyway because I rarely see flies around Christmas. They're a heavier, more durable product than my previous fly swatter, which started breaking into pieces during use near the end of its "useful" life, so I bought these fly swatters after doing some research ("Amazon's Choice" banner of honor recipient). My curiosity was piqued by the name as well. I have a smartphone, so a smart swatter would be useful. Please pardon my clumsy attempt at humour; I'm not sure what has possessed me. The rest of this, I assure you, will not be amusing. br>These "Smart Swatters" also have the advantage of trapping your opponent within their tactically resourceful spikes. Later (see "Spike Retention" below), we'll go over this in more detail. While the grip isn't particularly impressive, they have a good feel in your hand when you're attacking (swinging). This is similar to a baseball player determining the appropriate bat length and weight. It may not be suitable for everyone, but it appears to place me in the best possible position to succeed. br>Since their acquisition, I've noticed a noticeable increase in both my hit and kill rate. It's possible that my fly-swatting technique is simply superior. Or maybe my choice of fly position when engaged is better for a successful swat. Perhaps, but perhaps not. I don't have all of the necessary historical data from my previous swatter to confidently support this in either direction. What I can say is that my swing now feels more natural, powerful, and accurate, and my results with these fly swatters have been excellent: br>Swings (21 points) 5br>Hits – 18br>Kills – 17br>Spike Retention – 13br>A few observations on the data above. Only swings made while fighting enemy flies are included in My Swings data. It excludes practice swings, of which there were several when the box was opened and several more as warm-ups before being used in production. The . br>Hits include any contact made with an enemy fly, regardless of outcome. br>5 swing was a swing I stopped halfway through because it came too close to an antique candelabra. So far, I've had an incredible 83 percent success rate. 7%. Again, I don't have any prior data, but I'm confident that this is significantly higher than my previous flyswatter's hit rate, which felt like trying to hit a fly with a toothpick at times. That may appear to be a joke, but I assure you that trying to kill a fly with a toothpick is not amusing; in fact, it's quite frustrating. Kills include flies whose lives were cut short by a hit from my new flyswatter. My kill percentage is a whopping 94 percent. 4% (17/18) % While I don't have this information for my previous flyswatter, I am aware of numerous instances in which contact was made but the fly was able to continue its obnoxious existence. br>Spike retention refers to how many times a fly stayed within the 904 spikes (I have yet to verify this count) that protrude from the fly swatter for easy disposal. This is a prominent feature that the producer does a good job of marketing, and with a 72. 2% success rate to date, it has surpassed my cynical expectations (25% success rate) This makes me happy. br>Based on my preliminary findings, I gave these fly swatters five stars. My figures are admittedly based on a small sample size, so any claim about durability at this point would be a fallacy. As a result, if any significant changes in my statistics above occur, or if I have any durability concerns, I will return to update my review. br>I hope you found this review to be moderately helpful, and I appreciate your time; please try this flyswatter and reclaim your home from winged intruders.

Flopped as a gift for a friend who goes to the Lake House every year to wage war on the winged
3/5

There are only two of these in the set. I think the first product image should be updated to remove the image of five "rainbow" themed swatters. Due to the fact that the majority of multi-family dwellings are To make it clear what the customer is buying, colored products have a color or quantity option. I would have been discouraged from purchasing the product if the "2 pack" product information had been placed below the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" buttons, as I was specifically looking for that color pack. In addition, I never went past the first image. It's a fly swatter, to be precise. Because there were no color or quantity options, I assumed it was exactly as advertised in the lead photo. br>br>Again, I wasn't buying the product for the purpose of splattering bugs; I have day old newspapers for that. I'm disappointed that it wasn't what I expected to get. Amazon has a simple fix. I'm hoping it'll be taken care of.

The deceptive advertisement claims that you will receive five, but you will only receive two! $5
3/5

Each swatter costs 50 dollars. Deceptive ad; the image shows five swatters, but I received a two-pack of two for $11, which has to be the most expensive. Although it appears to be well constructed, I am not willing to pay $5 for it. A fly swatter costs fifty dollars! When you only get two swatters, the ad should not show five. BEWARE OF THE BUYER! br>I'm on my way back.
