It is true. Depending on how much pressure comes from the hose, you have to adjust it. If the pressure is too low, the water will drip.
If you turn the nozzles slowly, you gradually can control how much mist you want. I connect mine to a hose attached to my water supply that runs outside it works well to beat the heat in the summertime.

Misters with more than 8 nozzles do not exist. There are seven nozzles in this mister, as well as When I looked at it after putting it up, I realized I had forgotten to count. To make sure that my order had been received, I checked my order again I have verified. My first purchase of a mister was several years ago. Counting a spare as part of a whole is a first for this mister. This thing leaked from every connector, so I got that out of the way. In order to evaluate all of the connections and nozzles, I had to go through them. I discovered that many of the hoses were loose, and they had to be pushed back into place. An extra nozzle had to be installed in place of one that had to be replaced. I suppose you shouldn't have this many troubleshooting issues with a brand new product straight out of the box, but in general the thing works. A quick update I gave them one star for stand-bying their product and offering to take care of issues. A quick update Our replacement parts arrived in a timely manner. Over and beyond the support of others.
The use of this was SO exciting for us. The assembly process was quick and easy, which was encouraging to me. When we turned on the hose, things started going wrong. There is such flimsiness to the small hoses connected to the misters, some of them kept falling out, so I had to take them out one by one and force them all to stay in, but even so, they still leaked a bit. It is hard to see the spout where the mist pours out so heavily and most of the water just drips down into the foot well. Puddles were the most common place for the water to end up. I struggled to adjust a number of nozzles, and many fell apart in my hands as I tried. Constructed at an unbelievable price. In theory, it sounds good, but I will have to spend the money on a better one instead. This is such a disappointment for me. During the time I am typing this, my kids came running inside with more pieces that fell off the trampoline while they were jumping. This is the first time we have used it. My heart aches.
It was easy to install and worked As a result of my concern that the excess tubing would ruin the seal between connections, I almost decided not to trim it, but I did it anyway because it looked a little messy with the 8"-long segments. I installed my nozzles evenly around the perimeter of my patio cover (about 40 linear feet) 9 inches between each nozzle After trimming the tubing, I was able to reconnect it easily, there were no leaks, and it actually worked better than it did prior to trimming. Compared to a high pressure system that costs a few hundred dollars, the mist here won't be as fine or fog like, but for the price you can't go wrong.
Our outdoor vinyl awning by the pool is situated in a desert climate in California, and it can be brutally hot there. My wife asked me for misters to use in front of the awning to prevent the sun from melting the vinyl. I had to meet the stay at home orders,I did not have any excuse for postponing my designing. Therefore, I choose the color for this set and the length of the garment. Both under the patio cover and when people lay on the patio chairs outside of the patio, the system really does make a difference in cooling. To hold the framework it came with staple brackets, but I think they would work much better on wood. Having problems attaching things to vinyl, I finally ended up getting a white putty that hardens and it has worked very well.
There were two slits in the hose through which the water was sprayed. Tape succeeded in securing slits, but water still sprayed through. An additional metal sprayer had been sent in the package in place of the missing metal sprayer. I am glad that worked out for you. For a while today, I continued to use it. My plan is to test it for a few days to see if it works well even with If the slits do not end up using too much water when watering the garden, the feature could prove useful. To stop leaks, we tried silicon, but it wasn't sufficient as there was still water running through it. **I am very disapponted as the time has expired to return to work.
Honestly, I can't express my gratitude enough for this product! I cut about 10 feet of tubing down so that it would fit our patio perfectly ( I cut about 10 feet ). It appears that the hose will spin in the plastic attachment instead of the brass one (the connection is a compression fitting just like the misting heads). The only minor issue with this product is that the brass hose attachment does not spin, but I will replace it with the plastic one for now. That's actually not too big of a deal. The pieces I purchased are absolutely amazing. I am so glad I ignored the negative comments and decided to give them a shot! Here's a tip Buy a mug if you want to feel good about yourself Make sure your heads stay clean with this misting filter!.
Using cable clips, I installed everything quickly and efficiently and got everything up and running in just 20 minutes. Having a 9 ft leader worked perfectly for this, and i was able to trim the tube down to the length that I needed. As far as i can tell there is only one fault - the fitting that connects to the faucet does not turn, so the tubes spin as you tighten things up, but other than that everything else works perfectly. It is a great product. I recommend it.
In a nutshell, That's a great idea. This one is strung along one side of our arched pergolas, and it is perfect for cooling the outdoor area and hydrating the potted fruit trees and hops vines we have planted. These are mounted about eight to ten feet high Mist reaches 9ft off the ground on a calm day, and about 4ft higher if the wind is chinook There are 5 feet between you and the ground. Despite this, I would recommend ordering more 1/4" mounting clips since it only comes with around 10 and they are a bit fragile. For about $9, I got a 100pk.
