As I am in Canada, I am writing this. Am I obligated to pay import duties, or customs? Are there any additional costs associated with it?

No customs fees or anything were charged to me when I ordered something from Canada. I'm not sure if this helps or not. If you call your post office, they will tell you how to do that

What is the status of the adt placard attached to the Placards in my yard are not appealing to me. Would it be better to have them in the corner of my window instead?

I don't see any reason why you couldn't just hang the ADT placard in your window. The aluminum post that comes with it is attached to the sign with hardware.

Unfortunately I can't comment on these, as I cancelled my order and ordered the actual ADT system. However, I think they are just as good as the sign that came with it. My rating is 5 stars because I do not want to give a low score to something I do not understand.

This is exactly what I wanted and I am very happy with it. This product is made of a very sturdy metal and a plastic handle I found the installation to be very straightforward. The pot and 3 of the 6 stickers that came from it I planted in my Mother's yard. There are no errors in the printout, and it is very clear A professional manner.

It was a pleasure to find that the part that goes into the ground was made of In the meantime, the ADT system will deter thieves until I can get the real thing. You can put these stickers in windows and they are nice and big.

The sticker set that came with the sign was definitely worth the money, I just didn't have a screw to connect the rods together for the sign, but I managed to find one from my local hardware store and was good to go.
