The spitter's tubing has to be attached in what way do I attach it? Despite its appearance, it does not seem to have an adaptor on it so that the tubing would fit snugly. ?

Here is the 1/2 ID adapter attached to the back of the fish I hope you enjoy it. want to make sure to get the 1/2 inches. For it to function, it must be inserted into tubing. I hope this is helpful!

Can you tell me the size of the submersible pump?

Depending on how large your pump is, this Fish Spitter will connect to either a 3/8" or 1/2 inch outlet. A tube containing a large bore ID. This we hope will be helpful.

In a nutshell, As soon as I received this, the hose connection was completely broken off, and the plastic adaptor was also broken off. After returning it for a replacement, the plastic connector on the replacement fish was also broken, but the main connector on top of the fish worked properly. This is a beautiful fish spiter. It is not a cheap material, and it is very The following cons The hose connector must be placed in a small box to prevent damage from being done. A white bag is thrown by the door by delivery drivers who have no clue what it contains. It is not the fault of the manufacturer or seller other than two pieces breaking and two fish missing, so a box would be highly beneficial. With it connected to my solar pump in the bog filter, I have a small pump that runs on solar power. Because the fish can only run with the sun, the ornament makes a wonderful and lovely decorative piece until the sun returns. Usually, it works great but only when the sun shines.

The only problem I had was that the tail piece was not in the box when the box arrived and thus it broke during transit

There is a crack developing around the middle (I assume where it is molded together) and it has leaked for the past couple of days. The spitter looked good, but it just stopped working after a few uses.

This spitter works great, it puts out more water than the last one I had. based on the fact that the part that fits on the hose was broken once you opened the package. They sent a replacement very quickly once I contacted them. For the money, I would recommend it.
