Questions & Answers
There are 15 cups, all of which are made of copper that has weathered beautifully and perform admirably. I receive a lot of positive feedback! I hope you found this information useful.
Is there any chance you'll get your money back? I'm being treated similarly by the seller. The shipping labels were printed, and the package was marked as shipped. Then they wrote to tell me that the parcel company was not going to pick it up. I have yet to receive a refund from them. BUYING FROM THIS SELLER IS NOT A GOOD IDEA.
I don't think there's any reason why it shouldn't be done. The links are straightforward. We adore our rain chain, just in case you didn't already know. The color changes as it ages are particularly appealing.
On top, it's about 3 inches, and on the bottom, it's about 2 inches. 5 points on each side I intended to upload a photo, but I was unable to do so. It's a lovely rain chain that captures the flow of rain.

The product is very nice in my opinion, but there are two major flaws. 1) It isn't the number eight. It's no longer 5 feet but 8 feet. Because we bought three, they're lying in the description, claiming it's longer when it isn't. This isn't a flaw or an accident. 2) There is a small hook included. By no means is it an installation hook, and the instructions show what it should have with it, but it doesn't. So you can either drill holes in the downspout connector to attach a rod (which should be stainless or copper) or buy the attachment feature for an additional $10-$15. After the copper cup chains arrived, we decided to order a total of 00 dollars. To say the least, it slowed down the installation. I see that 3 ft extenders are available, so I'm hoping that the 8 ft will suffice for the water coming down. We also purchased a large pot and drilled holes in it to direct the water in the direction we desired, as well as adding some rocks for stability. Overall, the finished product should be quite nice. Later, I'll be able to add photos.
Three years ago, I bought this - has a lovely aged patina to it. Hanging in the back corner of our screened-in porch, it looks lovely. It does get clogged up with leaves now and then, but that's only because our property is heavily forested. I would buy it again.
The quality of the installation was questionable. We're not sure if we did it correctly, but it's still up. It's a beautiful sight to see. I believe it is performing as intended.
I just finished checking out the ground anchor stake that I used to secure this lovely rain chain. What a match made in heaven! This looks absolutely charming in front of my house, and it's the perfect complement to my white roses on the front porch. I was looking for high-quality hammered copper, and this far surpasses my expectations. If you want a lovely, practical accent for your home, I highly recommend it - Whether it rains or not I can't wait for it to rain so I can try it out, but I live in L. We also don't get a lot of rain. So now I'm going to go outside and do a rain dance while admiring it.
This product is one of my favorites, and it appeared to work well when the first rains arrived. However, because the cups are too far apart now that the rains have become heavier, there is a lot of water splashing; we also have the lotus design, which works well. The distance between the cups has been reduced by about 2 inches. We were fortunate in that we discovered this in time to return. We also purchased a 3-foot extension, which we will return.
These are of good quality and we like them, but the downspout attachment should have been included. If I had paid more attention, I would have ordered it as well, but why wasn't it included in the package? If it had come with the downspout, it would have been a five-star product.
These are of excellent quality and appear to be extremely attractive. If you need to adjust the length of the chains, it's simple to add and subtract from them. In my case, I had two chains: one was too long upstairs, and the other was too short downstairs, so I used vice-grips to flatten the ends of the chains. Three cups were removed from the top chain and then added to the bottom chain to lengthen it using a hook that goes through holes in the top of the cup. They look fantastic and enhance the house's curb appeal.
The front of our house now has a lovely addition. We placed three separate orders. They appear to be a piece of art falling from the sky. They were simple to set up. We placed an order for the adaptors. We got the water feature we had hoped for when it rained once. We also bought the matching bowls, which were lovely but didn't fit in the small space we had between the chains and the patio. We're anchoring the rain chains to the ground and constructing rock gardens where the water can drain and splash. They appear to be well-made, and I appreciate the fact that they are hand forged. It was exactly what I expected.
