Wind chimes from Woodstock have been my purchase in the past. This one comes in a beautiful package and it sounds fabulous. There are no dents, scratches, or cheap cuts to be found on these guitars. There's no visual appeal on this one, but it has a killer sound, is light weight, cheap, and is Woodstock signed. There is a made in China sticker on the product when it is taken out of the box. There is no doubt that this is a knock-off. I am beginning to lose faith in Amazon since this has been happening over and over again.

For whatever reason after a year, there are things to consider. There is a chime that has broken the code that silences it. My ears started hearing that noise sometime in the winter, and I thought it was due to the leaves falling The summer has continued on with that. We were unable to chime it in a wind tunnel last year. Here we are. My son says I like it now because it's loud and clear in the same spot in the yard. not a knockoff like some reviewers think it to be, but I was just curious as to whether it was real or a cheap knockoff. But I can only hear them when I move them from one place to another looking for a better vantage point. Even when it is very windy, I rarely hear them even after I have owned these for three months. From a shepherd's hook on the back deck with no obstructions, an arbor, several trees at different heights was the best place to hang them. I would expect Woodstock Chimes to deliver the usual quality. In addition to the three I purchased, I received two unmarked knockoffs of Woodstock Chimes for a very low price. Despite the fact that the box is unmarked, there is a sticker and an inexpensive hangtag on the product. It is back to work for them. Seeing these products as authentic Woodstock products would be shocking to me. It looks like Woodstock is really on the decline if they are.
Beautiful Wind chime, great customer service. If there's one negative on this review, it is that the company tag is attached to the wind chime by the same string that holds the pendant. Do not cut this off. I need you The customer service was exceptional and sent a replacement tag immediately after I complained! I agree that attaching a tag using the same string that holds the chimes together is not a good idea, but the company sent another soon thereafter!.
Unlike woodstock chimes, these don't sound like them. My wife and I saw a set of genuine woodstock chimes at a local gardening store and I loved them. We then went to Amazon and found the same set for less money. We bought them there, and unfortunately they are just cheap knockoffs. Very disappointed and will return. Have sent a message to the seller, but have not heard back. were shipped in the cheapest box (that was slightly cracked) and had no markings whatsoever, which is what you would expect to see on woodstock chimes. Bummer you can no longer trust amazon sellers who call themselves Woodstock Chimes. I hate you.
The sound and quality are Dollar Store quality and When I opened it, I returned it right away. Using the keepsake urn part? Get out the toolbox since you'll need a screwdriver to take it apart and put it back together.
