How Our Score Is Calculated

Product Description

Animals like squirrels, chipmunks, and birds that live in your yard will be attracted to the plant
The corn may then be loaded by squeezing hanger and swinging open, then reattaching the hanger and hanging it

Questions & Answers

This hanger has a bar across the top of the swing part to prevent the squirrel from removing the corn from the holder. If so, where is it located?

The answer is "no" As the cobs can escape because it won't close properly, squirrels will take advantage, and the cobs will be eaten. Three days in a row, mine took out the cob.

When and how should I hang a picture? Having nailed it to a tree, I was surprised when the little imp stole it all! ?

If you hang it on a long branch, far down the branch towards the trunk of the tree where there are a number of smaller branches, the squirrel would have to drag it to get it off. In addition to being easy to dump and fill once it's in place, it can also be emptied quickly. As compared to the feeder I had before, I prefer this one.

What kind of bungee would be needed to attach this feeder ?

When I hang my bungee, I hang it on a Shepherd's Hook and it works like a charm. If the bungee has a hook on the end, I can't see why it wouldn't.

My squirrel feeder has 3 small cornel of corn in it. Yet the birds keep consuming the food from the bird feeder in my backyard despite the fact that they usually are swarming?

However, the squirrels still use the bird feeders even though they eat corn. It's not just corn that I give to the squirrels, but peanuts, too. While they are away from the bird feeders, they are keeping an eye on the locals.

THIS SQUIRREL FEEDER IS VERY DANGEROUS! DO NOT BUY IT! THIS SQUIRREL FEEDER IS VERY DANGEROUS! DO NOT BUY IT! The squirrels love to hang off these feeders and get their toes stuck in the bottom spiral piece
3/5

Here is a picture of one that got stuck in ours yesterday and broke off a finger trying to get out. As it spun round and round, it went frantic. It nearly broke its leg as it went around and around. It should be illegal to use them!.

Don't hesitate to purchase! Anybody can fix this with a few simple steps
5/5

I am very satisfied with this! As some reviewers mentioned, squirrels could get their toenails caught in the lower wire spirals and it would be hard to remove. After checking out the image of the holder, it became apparent that it would be an easy fix to just pry those tighter coils farther apart. Alternatively, you could clip the last couple of coils off with a heavy duty pair of shears A wire cutter that can handle heavy duty work. You won't be able to pick the corn out of the ground. Strong hands would have been the most effective, but I didn't have any of those (men) laying around, so I opted for the first option because I always have the right tool nearby and I don't have to feed or clean Though the coils did take some effort to pry apart due to the wire being heavy gauge and so well constructed, it was worth it in the end. This problem is a very simple one. I hope the manufacturer reconsiders their design and fixes it.

A corn cob holder allows you to store corn The trip did not go well
3/5

With this Corn Cob Holder Squirrel Feeder, I can keep squirrels out of the birdseed and keep them from eating it. Based on my research, I thought this would be the sturdiest feeder and would hold up to squirrel antics. As a corn cob entered the feeder, we couldn't help but take a picture of it. As we watched a squirrel feed himself from the corn feeder, we could see it sitting on the top of the feeder. Upon checking the top the next day, we found that it was gone. According to our instructions, we secured the document. It is very disappointing to hear that. Our search for the missing parts led us to the right place. I searched for the missing item, but could not find it. It would have been better if the outcome had been better. Our goal is not to buy another one, so we'd like to try again. I would be happy to give another one a try if the manufacturer would be willing to donate another one.

Despite what the squirrels may say, they cannot steal corn
5/5

A squirrel feeder station would be great with this. All the corn off the cob can be eaten by them without a problem. Its construction is very sturdy and it is This corn cob feeder is perfect for squirrels. They will not be able to pop the top off and take the ear of corn like they have done in the past with other cob feeders I've purchased. This book is highly recommended!.

It's great- I love it
5/5

This is what I've been waiting for. I also have a corn holder where you must screw the cob into it. You have to remove the screw as well. Basically you just open this up right quick, take out the old one, and replace it with a new one. The only down side I can think of - but it has nothing to do with the quality of the product - is that I am constantly disturbed by squirrels when I am usually put corn in there a few times a week. The only time I see them eat is once every week or two. It's still well worth the time and money. The squirrels in this comic were a nice touch that made my enjoyment of them complete.

Exactly what I was looking for
5/5

I know where all of the squirrels are and how the squirrels use it, so this is so easy to use. It is impossible to remove the top so they can eat the kernels, but they can easily get the kernels off. At such an affordable cost, I was pleasantly surprised by its performance.

There is a large corn feeder at our place that squirrels love to hang out in
4/5

The squirrels in the backyard are very curious about my elderly parents, whom I bought this for. Before this they were only fed peanuts, and they ignored the corn at first. It didn't take them long to figure out how to get to the corn in the feeder and they are now hanging out all day at the new squirrel Mecca and entertaining my parents! Despite the squirrels' attempts to steal corn from the feeder, it is a good product at a reasonable price.

This Kaytee squirrel feeder is the right thing for you
5/5

It is here that squirrels are spoiled the most. In the first place, we live in Florida and they never have to seek Eventually, we bought this Kaytee Corn Squirrel Feeder and it made their lives much easier. A dried ear of corn is so easy to fill with for me! It has replaced the bird feeder as the squirrels prefer to hang from this feeder instead! In order to compensate for the continuously consumed ears of corn we are planning to order more! I never realized how much I needed this item until I already had it! My favorite online retailer is You can find just about anything there!.
