It is their job to do it. To make a seal, I had to really torque them down. This is about what I was expecting, but they do seal well. Despite the fact that I didn't use teflon tape, I even managed to make my own. It was important to make sure the pressure would hold. I have found them to be quite useful so far. The M22 to male 1/4" QC female adapter allows me to extend my long wand and add my short wand at the same time. If you want, you can use only a gun with a spray nozzle instead of a wand. It appears they are well made and have a good fit and finish. Although I put a lot of force on them, they did not deform or have a marred Despite having only an electric power source, the electric equipment is working well. There is a maximum pressure of 2000 PSI.
When I tried to remove the male side of this connector first, the male side sheared off, leaving the female end in the wand (almost impossible to remove). The thing is, the name brand hardware stores sell the m22 to 1/4 inch quick fuse, but all the extra stuff they sell is m22 to 3/8 inch quick fuse. They aren't caring that they're Obviously, I needed a spare one of these for a piece of equipment I had, so this one worked perfectly.
