Questions & Answers

Is this the oil to use in the D110 or should I go with Valvoline?

A chart depicting expected air temperature ranges can be found in the manual. Just a recollection - From witches tit to 85 degrees Fahrenheit, 5w30 is an excellent choice. 10w30 ranges from around 0F to too frigging hot to mow, but 2010w40 is good for freezing out to Phoenix in August. I just made the switch to 100% synthetic with% The key, in my opinion, is to change the oil every 50 miles and to use NO ETHANOL FUEL. You can look up where you can get no ethanol gas in your area by searching the internet. As soon as you get your gas, pour in the recommended amount of Stabil or seafoam - or, even better, add the fuel stabilizer to the gas can BEFORE hauling it off to the nearest petrol station. I don't believe it is necessary to pay $10 per quart for 10w30 with a green and yellow label. Any oil with a SJ SN SM rating on the back of the bottle should suffice. Simply check oil before each start-up; you never know if and when a leak has developed (cap spit oil all over lawn last mow, for example).

Will this work on a d105 that is three years old? thanks! ?

It appears to be functional. Just the letter B S oil.

Is this an all-synthetic oil or a blend of synthetics? or?

It's also not a standard oil blend.

My favorite D130 oil (which is also recommended by the manufacturer)
5/5

For oil and filters, my father always went to the John Deere dealership. I prefer to order from Amazon because it is closer and more convenient. br>Our D130(John Deere)riding mower uses almost all of the 2 quarts, leaving only a small amount behind. I just changed the oil and filters on my car, and I'll keep using Turf Gard and ordering from Amazon because it's so convenient.

It's oil
4/5

It was purchased for a Kohler engine that runs on 10w30 non-synthetic motor oil. synthesized Mr. Kohler, I'm sure, will take it in stride. Due to the operating conditions, it appears that lawn tractors require an oil with special additives.

It arrived ahead of schedule, and it was exactly what I needed for my lawn mower
5/5

My grass needed to be cut, and I couldn't do it without the oil because I live in Florida, where the grass grows quickly.

Unless you are an expert on oil, there isn't much to say
5/5

I put the oil in and hope it does what it's supposed to do, but unless you're a scientist, there's not much to say about oil.

Good oil

It appears that the oil is of high quality. At the very least, it keeps the engine on my John Deere lawn tractor running.
