I never had a fuel shutoff valve on my Craftsman power washer. Since I always ran it out of fuel before putting it away, I did that every time. This was good in most cases, but was very annoying in others. Inline shutoffs are hard to come by and I bought this one for the price. I am very happy with the speed of delivery! I only needed to spend 15 minutes installing it. It is efficient and works well. The only reason I didn't install one is because I never knew I needed one.
