With its grubby lip bottom, this 14-inch tool is exceptional for first time use and found gold right away
Although I haven't yet tried it with a five gallon bucket, I hear it works well. It's grey over the big pan, but I know it works. After I have separated my dirt into large containers and smaller containers, I work it with the larger containers.
About one piece of plastic. A height of 5 inches
Yes, that is what it should be

The prospecting/panning hobby is a great hobby for those just starting out, and this kit is perfect for beginners. Despite being a kit, the Garrett Super Sluice pan is not included in it. Here is what it contains instead The Gold Trap pan measuring 14 inches in diameter There are ten. Gravity Trap pan measuring 5 inches by 7 inches, one combination sifter/classifier with 7/16 of an inch exit holes, a Gold Guzzler snuffer bottle, a Tweezers/Magnifying Glass combination tool, and two As a result of a search for Garrett Super Sluice, I came across this kit, which I ordered from WebyShops, which does not contain that item. It is important to mention who I purchased the items from since there are cheaper sellers, but I have also read reviews where items are Kit arrived in brand new condition and was complete with nothing missing. For storing gold, I would have preferred glass containers, which would have been more durable and useful. Based on this, I give this kit four stars. To add to this, the tweezers and magnification tool are not that helpful either. A few flakes of gold were found on my prospecting trip to the Pacific Northwest, but the pans performed flawlessly and I was going down to black sand in no time, what In general, a great kit to start with, although those who get serious about the hobby are likely to want and need additional classifier screens pretty quickly. I appreciate it!.
The Garrett pans are made of quality plastic that is very strong. Their thickness is greater than most other options on the market and can really take a full load of gravel and sand. Washes down to the heavier gold very quickly, and even catches fine gold dust in the bottom of the container.
There are misconceptions in the photo. There is no mention of the snuffer in the description of the item. I am disappointed that I will now need to order another item and pay shipping again for that item when the original shipping charge shouldn't have increased Neither the pans nor the classifier are poorly made or poorly designed.
No matter if you're a novice or an expert this kit will fit you perfectly It was his first time. This little device is very lightweight, so it can be carried quite far. Since it is plastic, it won't get bent out of shape when you drop your backpack on it (had that happen It is the only gold pan you cannot cook with when compared to a metal pan. When you're just starting out, try throwing three BBs (from a BB gun) into your frying It is likely that your 3 BBs will be in the pan when you are done panning (hopefully they have some gold also).
It is very helpful to have the book included with this set. Although they look cheap, these tweezer heads work well even though they look a little cheap. You can use the sifting tray to do real panning when you're not buying paydirt. There is no difference in the magnifying glass The design seems a bit cheap, but it does its job. As described earlier, the gold guzzler bottles can be tricky to use because the spout is large enough to pick up huge chunks of gold, but that also means water dribbles back out as soon as the suction is removed. As you squeeze the bottle to increase the suction, you obviously must have it upright to prevent the gold inside from coming out again. Once you use it for the first time it can be a bit confusing. Just take a minute to get used to it. In addition to being thick, the plastic on the pans is of As a whole- It is a nice set of very good quality. Great gift for a friend or family member.
A solid starter kit for the price. Rubbing the pans with fine grit sand paper will make sure they are at the right texture. There is no guarantee that you will get a snuffer bottle. Despite using a swirl technique, I don't even seem to be able to get gold out of the adjustable tube (I'm using a small screwdriver just for measurement purposes). There may be just more practice I need to do). Although there are a few interesting aspects to the guide, it is not very helpful. In general, a good kit with a classifier, a few vials to get you started, and a combo tweezer/magnifying glass for picking up.
The classifier and have been used by me. This kit is great. Although it is plastic, I have used it a lot. So far it has held up really well - I have used it around 60 times so far There have been 80 gallons of material flowed There are nice deep ridges in the pans, and some friends say they can see the gold better against the I find this to be no different from what I am used to and they perform as intended. In comparison to the other variety with the cone shaped top, the gold snuffer bottle is really good. The other variety with the cone shaped top leaks air around the lid, but this one really was It was a gift, and I would purchase it again. I think this is the perfect kit for someone who is just starting out.
I found a speck of gold when I used these for the first time. Even though it did not pay for my purchase, it is still a lot of fun for my It is of good This is a worthwhile purchase.
