found out that the Exmark Radius X has the 23hp Kawasaki engine. The manual says that 10w40 is fine, but a note below the chart of which oil weight to use says there may be some oil burning issues. As it is extremely hot in SE OH in summer, and the air cooled engine needs every bit of help possible to protect itself, I went for 20w50. I am doing this oil change per the manual after it has been in the car for 5 hours. My mower will make it to 3,000 hours before I can tell if this is a quality oil or not. I am.
We have acquired a 4 cycle yard tool. The oil components and the gas components are separated. This tool consumes an enormous amount of oil, as each 2 oz bottle costs approximately $2. 25. You can calculate that three of these 2 oz bottles cost me approximately the same as this quart of oil.
My Hustler mower runs great with the product I got from the manufacturer.
The oil is of a very high quality. Neither an issue nor a complaint existed.
