Tim, it cannot be done. Power Head's edger attachment (EA0800) is the only machine that can use this blade.

Does the eco come with a hardened blade? Stock blades need to be replaced frequently because they ?

Should I get a small cotter pin or a large cotter pin? It's no longer a part of their shipping. ?

One sixteenth of an inch by seven and a half inches. - You could go even smaller by going 1/16th by 1/2 If you liked, you could increase the width by an inch. At first I used them, but found that the cotter pin was redundant since the locknut served the same purpose The curb line has not been a problem in more than a year of weekly use (around 150 yards).

Are there any other edger blades that fit properly in the Ego Edger?

To use our edgers, you need only use edger blades from the EGO brand.

It is missing installation hardware, but the blade is great

As far as the blade is concerned, it is incredible. It is very easy to tell the difference between a new blade and a used one when using a worn down blade. Despite being supposed to include a cotter pin that would keep the blade in place, these do not have one. Because I also had a spare edger from the original purchase, I used it instead. If future replacements are to be multiple (can we? the hardware store by trial and error to find an appropriately sized cotter pin. I would not recommend it.

Unfortunately, a cotter pin was missing, as reported in other reviews. I called EGO for a replacement and it My only concern with durability is that I would expect it to last a bit longer, but that may be a matter of personal preference. seem to be cheaper alternatives as well, so I don't know if I will get OEM for.

The two blades I bought were brand new. It is only a blade. This has been pointed out by others. This kit does not include a multifunctional tool or cotter pin. Across the board, this is the way it is sold.

We have coral rock in our grass here in Florida, so it wears out quickly

There is some hardness to it but not enough to wear out a blade after minimal contact. *Need a steel that's harder.

As expected, the edger blade was just as expected. The only thing you can say about it is that it shipped quickly. There isn't much to get excited about when it comes to edger blades.

It is not possible to use this product. So you order a cotter pin for it while it is missing the cotter pin You will also be sent on an errand.

You need to sharpen the item when you open it, and the blade wears down pretty fast

Unfortunately, this item needs to be sharpened when you open it, and it wears down quickly. I anticipate using three or four per year since it doesn't last long.
