How does the straight edger compare to the angled edger in terms of power and performance? Could you please tell me how to use my 225PAS?

As the straight shaft attachment transmits more power to the blade than a curved shaft attachment, this will mean that you will be able to use the engine more effectively. There is a power loss at the curved shaft attachment, due to the drive cable flexing and bending at the curved surface. It is nevertheless more user-friendly to use the curved shaft attachment as the cutting blade is offset from the operator and gives the operator a better view of the working area.

Can this edger be used with the SRM-X Do you know what a 266 trimmer is?

This edger is available with thicker blades. Where can I find them? This edger has a cut that is wider than the one provided with the blade. I prefer the look of a wider groove. ?

Simply adjusting your cutting path or doing a second pass is the only way to achieve a thicker edge.

What kind of fit does this have for the Echo Pas ?

Using it on a daily basis is part of my job. It is both the bent shaft and Straight Shaft that he will have. I like both of them. Learning to woodwork on the Pas 225 has been a lot of fun. Straight shaft is the best.

It went with my PAS 225 echo and I just bought it

This is a far better option for people who want curved shafts. According to them, it does not work with PAS 225, however, it works just fine with this. The curved shaft is better than the straight There is no other way to describe it.
