Is it true that there are two drum racks, as advertised, or is it true that there is only one?

Thank you so much for taking the time to contact me. The 1- One drumstick rack and two drumsticks are included in this pack. Two drumstick racks are included in the package.

Will these work on a reverse longhorn from Oklahoma Joes?

These are designed to fit two other smokers (900 model and dxl), so I don't believe they will fit. The rack railways required to insert these racks are not available on the reverse longhorn.

They only sent me one rack, despite the fact that the order stated two. I'm disappointed. What is Amazon's customer service number?

Although the upper description states "two racks," the listing clearly states "one rack." Return to Amazon and purchase the listing that shows and claims to be a 2-bedroom apartment. For thirty cents less, you can get a pack.

When I ordered this drumstick rack, it stated that it came with two packs, but I only received one. Does anyone have any ideas why?

There should be two racks included with it.

These racks appear to be the ideal solution for a large cookout if your folded ribs are sagging

Each rack is capable of holding up to four slabs or half slabs, but they are barely functional. When you load up the wire rack, the rub scrapes off the first time. The ribs sag and fold in on themselves and the other ribs in the second stage. There isn't enough surface area to support them until they firm up from cooking, whether you use one or two racks. These racks should only be used to finish ribs, not to cook or start ribs. They may be more effective on a baby's back, but I'm not convinced.

I was able to do this with chicken wings by putting them in the holes and smoking them for about 20 minutes on low shift to sear them at 350 degrees.

The racks were sagging excessively

For an entire rack, there is a lot of sagging. Racks would be thrown away. Then, when cut in half, it didn't fit right.
