It is the best spatula I have ever had. The majority of flippers are so flimsy that the food they're flinging will fall off, but this one is very sturdy and solid. Whenever I use a tamagoyaki pan, the lid fits easily. It is definitely a good product to use in all types of.

I wish the depth was deeper, but the width and sharp edge are great. I cannot imagine a better tool for mixing and spreading homemade granola in an oven. The added bonus is that it makes flipping the omelet in the Tamagoyaki pan very easy.
