This turner has a nice way of putting things together. Regrettably, I have no idea what "bpa" means. Sorry!

For years, I had an entire set, and they were in great condition. These new style utensils did not appear to be of the same high quality when I received them. I returned them because they felt flimsy and were shorter than the previous line.
After only a month, the spatula's ends have become burned and melted. I had high expectations because Kitchen Aid is a well-known brand, and I expected it to last at least a month. My most recent IKEA spatula lasted more than a month.
This KitchenAid turner is constructed of thick, high-density polyethylene. material of high quality This is great in terms of durability, but it also means that the handle and flipping surface have virtually no flex. That rigidity is great in some situations (like turning a large pancake), but not so much when you need to position the turner precisely under something more delicate.
Okay, you may think I'm crazy for loving a spatula, but the previous spatulas I bought ripped right through the tinfoil (I use tinfoil to cover my cookie sheet because it's too big to wash in my sink). This spatula not only does not tear the foil, but it is also the perfect size, easy to clean, and appears to be heat-resistant. So far, it has proven to be durable, and I adore the color! That may not be crucial, but it is the icing on the cake!.
This is the new way we're going to do things. using a spatula When did the decision to switch from spatula to turner come up for a vote? Anyone? br>It's a sturdy spatula with a comfortable grip. Personally, I don't think the handle is very good. Because it's made of solid plastic, it feels a little flimsy in the hand. It's not bad, but it's also not great. It is, however, a solid, high-quality spatula. And it's not too expensive.
The heat resistance isn't particularly high. If you leave it in the pan for too long, it will develop melt marks.
A good cook's turner; The only issue is that after washing the connection between the handle and the head of the turner, water drains from it. Unfortunately, all of these utensils suffer from the same issue.
Heat resistance was a letdown. When new, it had a nice crisp leading edge; after using it in a hot pan, it became even crisper!.
