Seeing as how I was not the only one experiencing this, I decided I must be on my own here, so I went on Amazon in search of an improved design - after all, it's just a simple skewer so how hard can it be to design one that works effectively? They were the first thing I had to have when I saw There are a lot of moving parts in this knife, so it has an extra wide blade to prevent food from spinning around and handles that let the user easily grip and turn it while wearing oven mitts.
