Is it safe to put these in the dishwasher?

These are lovely, I like them. Each time I put them in the bottom rack of the dishwasher with the utensils, they've worked fine. However, I wasn't a fan of the butter thing.

*Like I received only 7 skewers, not eight. *Dislike They lock in pairs, not individually. We didn't receive the butter spreader described in the ad.

These are so awesome! I love It was always hard to hold onto my old corn holders because they were so small. I like these because they have a big handle, and it's easy to hold Though I have only used them two or three times, they seem to work. This set is very sturdy, and it can go in the dishwasher without a problem.
