Sure, let's do that! For His sake, please don't let my son toast his marshmallow with a stick that daddy honed His response is "Strictly it's dirty. " hahahaha. I buy him some of these (which he is likely to use for a while until he moves out and can take the rest with him) and he is so grateful, you'd think I had given him something exceedingly precious. However, it mostly saved my sanity because I never had to hear, "Mom, a bird probably pooped on that stick!". This is not where I will put my food! Well, I guess you got the point. This is a win-win situation for us both! Additionally, we were able to use them to make s'mores when we had guests over. You can drive them into the ground to mark off game areas and use them as pretend swords. I think I'd even like I had a blast. You can try them out by buying them.

I used these for the wedding to cook hotdogs, smores, and kebabs over the fire. Several people lost food because the sticks burned through and many were nearly caught on fire. Length was still too close to the fire. Maybe soaked.

Our decision to test them was based on reading the reviews and answering the questions. During one of the questions someone asked if the dishes had to be soaked and all the answers were no. That statement cannot be true at all. Make sure they are soaked thoroughly. We burned up our sticks when they came in contact with the flames, which resulted in hot dogs that went into the fire rather than being eaten. were stuck with burnt pieces of bamboo stick stuck in their gooey filling. I would not buy from this company The next time I use it, I will soak it. The process will be streamlined by adding one more step.

S'mores are a great use for this

This was perfect to make s'mores and starbursts for a campfire I had with friends! I'm not sure if these would be stiff enough for something like a hot dog. The only bit that I do not like is that if you reuse each of them several times in a row, the end is liable to burn and leave a charred taste. The problem is that they're cheap enough that you can throw them in the fire when you get to that point, so you don't have to worry about it.

I'm the mom who always plans to make s'mores but never has It took us a while to find the perfect solution, but these worked beautifully. We used them on our outdoor fire pit to cook hot dogs and make s'mores. I will definitely buy them again when I need more!
